The item arrived fast but with no battery or any note or instructions as to what battery it used (flat coin looking battery) or how to replace. After spending time figuring out what battery to use and $6 for a battery that should have been included in the first place, the remote did not work. I sent it back for a refund (and paid again $6.50 for shipping) but got a mail saying I forced a battery cover door and now it was not in "like new condition" and they were not refunding anything. Furthermore, I was asked to pay yet again a shipping fee of $6.50 to get my remote back.This was a total waste of money, if not a scam. The poorest customer service. After spending $47, they are holding on to my remote. "
