"Order a CCTV camera however after not receiving a dispatch email I contacted them on numerous occasion without any response, what a con they take your money but don't supply goods.
Thanks for getting back to me NewFrog rechecked the emails and yes they did indeed go to the address you gave but that doesn't Change the fact that you failed to send a dispatch email which is standard practice and which you also state will happen in the confirmation email.

"Unfortunately, your minimum available rating is one star, when this vendor, NewFrog, justifiably rates a minus ten... perhaps even that would be overly generous. The previously absolute worst buying experience I ever had was being ripped off by an auto-repair shop, but I was able to take them to court for satisfaction. NewFrog however, once they have your money, can be arrogant, ignore you, lie, cheat, ultimately steal from the safety of nearly seven thousand miles distance. Lesson learned? BUY AMERICAN!"
