I want to say I have never had an issue with NewEgg. They have the most wonderful customer support of any business I've ever spoke to. I've never been denied an RMA, and was once even granted an RMA when I was past the return date. Prices are always the lowest I've seen, no matter what I'm buying. All orders generally get to me within two days. This is why I do not shop anywhere other than NewEgg.

I have been a Newegg customer for going on four and a half years and I have never been disappointed.
Newegg's selection is always great and their prices can't be beat. Their daily deals and specials always contain something I am looking for and their frequent free shipping offers are just icing on the cake.
Additionally, Newegg's customer service is some of the absolute best that can be found on the web. Their service representatives are top notch, extremely helpful, and very courteous.
Everytime I've contacted Newegg's customer service I have been more and more impressed at the willingness of their representatives to go above and beyond in helping their customers.
I have recommended Newegg to all of my friends and family for years and will continue to do so.
Keep up the amazing job, Newegg!

I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service exhibited by newegg, as well as the prices. After extensive searching for a new laptop, I was recommended to search newegg for the best deals, and I found it. I was able to buy a new laptop (3gb SDRAM, 250GB HDD, pentium processor), a printer(3 in one), and 500gb harddrive, and a wireless printer for much less than just a (less impressive) computer from the other places that I had looked at (the total invoice was $677!)
The shippment came very quickly- within 2 days of making the order.
Everything was as described.
I did have one problem. The wireless router did not work. I contacted newegg customer support with the issue. They responded quickly - refunding the full amount for the router!
I have been more than pleased with the quality of product and the level of customer service that newegg provides.

I have been a newegg.com customer for many years. Although they don't always have the rock-bottom prices on many items - they always have top-notch customer service!
Over the years I have placed probably 50 - 100 orders through newegg and have received my orders quickly, in perfect condition, and just as ordered.
It's very rare that I need to contact their customer support team about something - but when I do, they are quick to help out and make sure I'm happy (within reason :-).

All of my best shopping experiences have been with Newegg.
Newegg trusts its customers - I recently bought a wrist rest for use with a keyboard, which fell apart and became unusable within a month. I was slow in letting Newegg know about it through their live online chat, so by the time I did, it was outside of its return period. Not only did Newegg process the return in spite of this, but they simply refunded me with no questions, since the cost of shipping to return the defective product would have outweighed its value.
Moreover, Newegg's prices are always better than its retailer counterparts - sometimes by several hundred percent, and the shipping is always predictable and quick.
I'm not one who's prone to brand or store loyalty, but Newegg has earned my trust and will always be the place I look first for electronics.

Let me take a minute to brag on my online computer/electronics seller of choice, Newegg.com. First, they are consistently the lowest price on the web without the hassle of rebates and hoops to jump through. Second, their user feedback system is second to none when determining the value and pros/cons of a particular product. Third, I have never been treated poorly or unfairly by their customer support team. My most recent experience was with Marie Scuotto concerning the replacement of an internal card reader. Since the item was $9.99, and would cost in shipping both ways, she simply sent me a new reader, without worrying about shipping the broken one back to them. Needless to say I appreciated the ease of dealing with the problem, and I appreciated that Newegg would offer to do something like that for a customer. I was sold on them already, but this is a gesture of good faith that solidifies my existing opinion that Newegg is the best of the best in online retailing. Thanks! -SelmerMKVI, Ironton, Ohio

Incredible service, as usual I should add. I've purchased items many times from newegg, but service has been so good every single time, that I've gotten used to flawless excecution; unfortunately this meant that I left no blogs or ratings for this excellent company. My boxes always arrive faster than promised, with very low shipping charges. For this last order the manufacturer had no UPC code on the box for the rebate, it wasn't newegg's fault, but newegg gave me the rebate amount anyway! Once again they go far above and beyond... Excellent prices, great inventory with countless choices and amazing service mean that I hardly even compare prices anymore - I go straight for the egg!!!

I have been using Newegg.com for almost eight years and rarely have any problem. I have purchased around 150 items from them in the 8 years I have been using Newegg. I have only had two problems in all that time and Newegg fixed both of them to my satisfaction. I recommend Newegg to everyone I know. I have been so satisfied with there pricing I often don't even bother to shop around anymore since it has been fruitless so many times in the past trying to find a better price including shipping, rebates, and taxes. Plus I love that I can look back at my entire shopping history at Newegg online. This has been extremely useful for me to later go back and to find the specs of equipment I bought so I can check for upgrades and compatibility of equipment I want to add. Newegg Site shows outdated status shows as card charged but no shipping information. Customer service says that they can track the package to a different address than given in the order. They gave a tracking number which as per UPS not existing. Newegg neither likes to replace without making me wait for 10 -15 business days nor likes to give me money back rightaway. I do understand that shipping delays/misdeliveries are an issue but when I cannot see the tracking info online, how I can trust what they are claiming?

Insanely great! The best online store I've EVER shopped at. I almost always got my items earlier than estimated, even with the cheapest shipping. The customer service is very courteous and helpful.
I ordered a SDHC card and didn't realize my older camera wasn't compatible with them, so I wanted to return the item. Since I had to cut open the packaging, I contacted NewEgg via chat to confirm that it's okay to send back like that, and the representative Stacy Zhang simply refunded my money and told me to keep the card!
I was already a happy NewEgg customer for years but this just raises my respect for them to a whole new level. Will continue to shop there even more now.

We ordered the wrong item. When I opened the package to do the installation it didn't fit. I contacted them about their return policy. I was not expecting the excellent response. Their service representative, Wendy, was courteous, efficient and took care of my problem in minutes. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I will be recommending them to my friends and associates. They are an eggcelent organization. THANKS

I've ordered a ton of stuff from Newegg in the past month or so for my business and even with over 100 individual pieces, some OEM, I've only had 2 pieces that needed to be returned. Both due to what I assume is rough shipping on UPS's part (even though they are super fast) so I can't blame Newegg. The biggest thing with Newegg is that they are consistently priced lower than competition (even my B2B partners) and the shipping is fast AND their customer service is absolutely top notch means that Newegg gets more of my business than my local IT wholesalers. Quite amazing.

Yet again Newegg delivers the best customer experience for online vendors. I have ordered from Newegg for the past 7 years and have never had any problems with their customer service abilities. They provide item availability, prompt delivery, and very fast response to issues I've encountered (RMAs, refunds, etc.). I will be buying from them for a very long time.
Great job and keep it up Newegg!

Newegg always offers great prices on all their products and their special offers simply can't be beat anywhere. I bought a AMD X4 940 Phenom CPU and a solid quality, feature rich ECS motherboard (with some useable overclock settings) combo which cost the same as just the CPU at other e-tailers.
I never buy from brick and mortor stores or other e-tailers because Newegg provides all the product details I need to be comfortable with a purchase and if I have questions or issues come up, they have outstanding customer support with professional service representatives who always go out of their way to help their customers.
I seriously could not afford to be much of a PC hobbyist if it weren't for Newegg's great prices and terrific customer support.
