Ive been shopping at Newegg.com for 6 years now and never had a chance to write a review about them , so here we go.  
Newegg is one of the companies out there who really care about their customers. Not only the price is always right but amazing costumer service backed up by great company and fast shipping.  
I had to RMA a few items in the past and they were always nice and easy about returning items. They value your as a customer and as a person, they paid for RMA shipping even with an open box.  
 
I want to thank newegg and Seraph Daciuk who has awesome costumer service skills and recently handled my RMA.  
 
10 out of 10. Will always shop at newegg and all of you should do.

I ordered an X58 motherboard and was a bit careless in not noticing the "non-returnable" clause. Ended up not needing the board (buyer's remorse)and asked if they would allow a one-time exception since I was a long-time customer. Their CS rep Adah Liu replied later that evening with an RMA for me. That is service! Guess what I did with the money refunded to me - back to Newegg for an EVGA X58 mobo! Newegg rocks!

When the product I purchased needed to be returned, Newegg was kind enough to issue me a full refund (including the listed restocking fee) and issue me a return shipping label at no charge. I've been a customer for years and excellent customer service like this will keep me as a customer for years more.

I have been a satisfied Newegg customer since 2002 and my last purchase experience proves why they deserve my loyalty. The rebate on my last purchase was not honored by the rebate company, but Jeffrey at Newegg took care of my problem immediately. I opened a chat window and within five minutes, the rebate was applied to my credit card. No lines, no waiting, no hassle. No wonder they are one of the top ten e-tailers on the net. Keep up the good work.

This is my second purchase from newegg.com. Both times I have purchased printers for my business. They usually have the best price around and I appreciate that they validate credit card info and shipping addresses to before charging your credit card and sending the item to an unknown address. I have no reservations when purchasing from this seller. They are upfront about the exact condition of the items when they are not brand new and are easy to deal with on the phone as well.

Great service with Newegg. I am currently in the military stationed in South Korea and because I have an APO AP address it's difficult to find retailers to give me a fair price on shipping, but newegg came through. I emailed a customer rep and asked if there was any way that I could get some kind of shipping discount because I was ordering more than $2,000.00 worth of parts and I quickly got a reply back with a discount even though they don't give shipping discounts to APO addresses, they made me an exception and gave me a very generous shipping discount. On top of all that packages usually take at least 2 weeks to get here, but somehow Newegg got it to me in a matter of a week and I was definitely surprised. Thank you Newegg and you have my loyalty.

There *is* no better e-tailer than Newegg, period! Even when their partners fail (such as a company the offers a rebate and then fails to live up to it), Newegg will step in if asked and give you the rebate themselves! I defy anyone to tell me who else goes to those measures to make sure their customers are happy. One of the few internet, or for that matter, brick and mortar stores where when I order, I have no worries, only anticipation of a great product with great delivery. How did I live without these guys?

I recently ordered two 1GB memories from Newegg.ca. The package arrived, looking as though it had been run over by a truck (Not Newegg's fault)but one of the memories was OK and I'm using it right now. When I called I spoke to Doreena Ines who immediately put through a new order for the damaged item with no charge to me - not even for shipping to Canada, and not waiting for UPS to confirm the damage. You can't ask for better than this.
