Had an issue with the Verification, but it was my fault. The customer service was kind and promptly answered all of my questions followed by fixing the error in the information I gave. I received the laptop 2 days later in perfect condition. Thank you Newegg!
As much as I love Newegg, I have a problem with their so called back order process. If an item is placed on back order, the process should be that when the item comes in they will ship it you. What Newegg does is refund your credit card and then cancel your order but they call this "back order". They will not even notify the customer when the item is back in stock.
I've always found NewEgg to have good selection, competitive pricing, and good service. In multiple transactions over a period of several years I have never experienced any problem and everything was always received as described with no surprises.
Was worried that the rebate amount had changed but their excellent customer service was quick, knowledgeable, and courteous and quickly pointed in the right direction to get the correct rebate. Thanks.
I ordered a high-end lens from these guys and paid for 3 day shipping. After 3 days, they still haven't shipped it. I called them and they told me they needed to "verify" my phone number. They have my money and I've got nothing.

I made a huge mistake on my most recent order and snagged incompatible items. They are listed as replacement only with same item so I called in to see if there was any other option. They graciously set me up for a refund and provided the shipping back.
We also had some misfiring pixels in on the monitor, set up a replacement RMA and noticed there was a shipping charge this time. I called and spoke to someone who explained that is normal for self serve replacements then proceeded to set up shipping for me.
Excellent customer service. The item was shipped promptly. Within 4 days the Item price dropped by $5.00, they give me a credit for this amount, without much hassle, when I reached out to the CSR on a chat, even though they do not typically have any such policy.Thank you for excellent customer service!!!.
I have exclusively used Newegg since 2004 for all my computer needs. I don't have one complaint about any order. I can't even remember any delayed shipping, wrong item sent, etc. Not bad for as many orders as I have purchased.
Yes, I have had to return a few things, but that was painless too. You contact them, they send you a RMA, and shipping label. Give it to the local UPS driver, and it is done deal.
Of course, the returns are not Newegg doing, however, they make it super easy and convenient to remedy the situation.
My advice is to buy Newegg, save money, and get the foremost in customer satisfaction.
The day after I purchase ram memory I was looking for additional memory and found that their was a discount on the memory I purchased. I immediately accessed their chat support service and connected with Martin. He responded with a no problem comment and issued me a credit for the discount. Great service. I purchased several components earlier this year for a computer build. I received the same type of excellent service and support on all those purchases. I highly recommend Newegg for excellent service and pricing.
I've been buying from Newegg.com for years. The product selection is diverse. Best of all is their customer service. It is impeccable! Even if I find something priced less somewhere else (and that's a big IF b/c newegg has the best prices 99% of the time) I will pay extra to get the peace of mind that my product purchase is backed by a world-class customer service team.
Newegg knows how to do customer service. Had a power cable known fault problem on my asus netbook -- rep gave me a $25 credit to purchase replacement from non oem source -- I love Newegg and the company can continue to count on my business for all my many computer needs.
I called Newegg for a RMA for a free Rosewill HD dock with a HD. Rosewill said the dock was bad, the HD was OK. They already had my purchase info, saying return it to Newegg. Your support person understood the situation immediately, saying keep the HD & would send a replacement dock. The sharing of purchase info was very good. I was told to keep the bad dock, saving all of us shipping costs. A great pleasure to be dealing with knowledgeable & professional staff.
