I received a UPS tracking number the for the product the following day, and received product today, Wednesday, April 23. My order (a 512MB stick of Corsair Value RAM ), was shipped directly from Corsair, and arrived quickly (arrived 5 days after the order was shipped, in with a 5-8 day range for arrival. I called the company, and talked to the head of the RMA department, Gary is his name. He argues with me and denies giving me a replacement bulb to try out. "Buyer beware! I purchased a SCSI controller online for $265 and 10 days later they called me to say the price posted was a mistake, and that I either had to accept a new purchase price of $300 or cancel. Changing the price after a purchase is made is tantamount to defrauding the consumer."
