"I ordered a new HP ProBook from Neutron. Shipping was slow. Then the laptop showed up with a major issue. Spent hours on the phone with HP before they said contact Neutron...Neutron says I have to pay the return shipping to get the product replaced. BS. Not doing that."

"I ordered a new PYLE Advance Heart Rate Watch (PHRM30) item, but received a used item. They charge %7 restocking fee on top of shipping & handling to return the item. The item was listed as new, but arrived with lots of scratches! "

"Horrible, called 3 times to verify stock and was assured that it was in stock and shipping same day. Received a call hours later stating that there was an error and no stock available. Not recommended, dont waste your time."

"Ordered 2 "in stock" items. 3 days later got email saying items may be shipped in 3 more days.
Canceled order on tele, lady only asked order #, no name or other verification. If she slipped a digit what did I cancel for who? Store cancellation policy is I still pay $10 or 7% whichever plus shipping for product not shipped."

"Web site said item was in stock so I ordered. Later that week they called to say it was backordered but should be in in 3-5 days. Every 3-5 days I would get an email update saying wait another 3-5 days. This happened for over a month when I cancelled my order. That was 2 full days ago and I havent had my visa credited the $550.00 yet."

"I ordered the headphones on January 17th. They did not ship until January 22. 5 days (3 business days) later. In the 21st century, comapnies are going to have to be a lot more responsive to orders than this. The price was the best. The packaging was first rate. There are dozens of companies who purpose to ship orders same/next day. I chose not to waste my time on any future orders. If you don't mind waiting,go right ahead"

"Only Pro:- Some of the lower prices on the web.

CONS:- Their web database is *not* in real-time or even delayed by a reasonable few hours. It's delayed by 2 days!!

This is misleading and disappointing especially when the timing matters. If you need your parts within an expected time, go elsewhere.

Also, very flaky paypal checkout. After all the above hassle, they finally cancelled my entire order. Which went just fine through Newegg/paypal *and* ZZF/paypal.

"The price of the product was lower than other stores and shipping was very quick. Their website didn't keep very up-to-date order status (i have the product here but the web site still says 'in process'), but who cares if the product gets delivered within 48 from ordering ;o). Good overal experience."

"Made purchase on Friday night on their website. Next Monday the order was cancelled as it was a discontinued product. Why even have it on the website if discontinued? Misleading..."
