"I ordered a new HP ProBook from Neutron. Shipping was slow. Then the laptop showed up with a major issue. Spent hours on the phone with HP before they said contact Neutron...Neutron says I have to pay the return shipping to get the product replaced. BS. Not doing that."

CONS:- Their web database is *not* in real-time or even delayed by a reasonable few hours. It's delayed by 2 days!!
This is misleading and disappointing especially when the timing matters. If you need your parts within an expected time, go elsewhere.
Also, very flaky paypal checkout. After all the above hassle, they finally cancelled my entire order. Which went just fine through Newegg/paypal *and* ZZF/paypal.

Their website didn't keep very up-to-date order status (i have the product here but the web site still says 'in process'), but who cares if the product gets delivered within 48 from ordering ;o).
