The ONLY reason Netflix earns more than 1 star is because of their TV series collection available for online streaming. I was able to watch the most recent seasons of many popular shows such as Grey\u0027s Anatomy, South Park and Jersey Shore. But, the episodes of hit TV shows only go so far. I signed up for my 1 month free trial in late September and had watched all the TV shows I wanted by the 1st week of October. After this point, I found that the streaming selection is absolutely horrid. I searched common movies, such as Titanic (which, mind you, is not only a very common movie but also over 10 years old) and it was not available for streaming. So I searched a more recent movie that came out in the past year, also not available. Everything I have searched says \u0022available by mail o DVD\u0022 but it\u0027s not available for streaming. I\u0027m kicking myself in the @$$ for having not canceled my membership soon enough, because now I\u0027ve had to pay $7.99 for a month of useless crap. "Listen up! Netflix is a necessary EVIL.
When your picture quality gets bad, go to your account online and reset the quality to "best." They throttle.
Also, their pathetic CS reps will SET YOU BACK to LOW if they don't like you!
(Try this for bad: "Change your channel" (On a hardwired modem to Blu-Ray???) Buy a new cable. (I did, no help) It's your Panasonic Blu-Ray player. (Nope, I bought a new player same problem.
The problem ALWAYS seems to be that they reset you to LOW quality.
Go online, find your account and RESET to High Quality!
Someone, someone, please come and compete with them!!! Where are the Chinese when you really need them?"
