"I received a package but the earnings I paid for were not included. There was a free pendant enclosed. When I brought it to the attention of customer service they said that it was in the package and there was nothing they could do about it. The package was still sealed when I received it. I am disputing the charge with my credit card."

"Horrible customer service!!! Jewerly is cheap and turned my neck a grayish green in less than 24 hrs. Called the 1800 number and was advised that nothing was wrong with the prodcuct, that it was probably the lotion or something I did that caused the grayish green ring around my neck!!! I was also advised by customer service (what a joke) that it was stoned sliver not sterling sliver that was advertised!!! I asked for my money back and they sent a return e-mail with the return address that was not printable. Customer service also told me I would be out the cost of shipping the necklace back, because like I mentioned, it was not the necklace that turned my neck greenish gray, it was of course, something I used or just my body chemistry! They are a rip off!!!"
"I purchased a triple infinity sterling silver ring from this store and I love it! My Mother loved it so much that I ordered a sapphire ring for her... the diamonds are not the greatest, but for the $23.00 I paid, who would expect they would be perfect. The ring is high polished silver and it fit perfect and shipped very fast.. I just ordered the anchor necklace for myself too.. So far, I'm very happy with this store. "
"ATROCIOUS quality, wrong item shipped, for starters! I ordered half carat diamond earring studs, round brilliant cut. I RECEIVED Princess cut so-called diamond studs, that were no larger than a quarter carat. And the stones? So yellow, with so many inclusions, one jeweler thought they were paste. I contacted both Netaya and ebay- supposedly they are going to refund my credit card with no problem. We will see. How I WISH I had read your ratings first! Spread the word- JoAnn vR"
"Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a pair of earrings and they sent the wrong color. I informed them and they assured me once I returned them, they would credit me. One month later, I still had not received the refund. Then, one week later, I received a set of replacements earrings in the mail, which I did not order. I contacted them, and they said they did an exchange. I did not ask for an exchange. After several emails and phone calls, I still do not have a resolution. Do not order from this company. "
"I bought a ring from them recently Fashion ring, really cheap. like $30. I used their ring sizer and it is very misleading. The ring came way too big. Actually before I use the ring size, my choice was correct!! I am asking for an exchange. They want me ship it back and when they ship to me again, they also charge me $5.95...what a rip off for a $30 ring.. Will never buy from them again, simply because you can't really tell the size from the picture and they won't give you free return & exchange, pretty horrible. now the $30 is in the water..I can't wear it, just sit in drawer."

"I have had issues with Netaya in the past but decided to give one last try. I bought a bracelet ( expensive diamond tennis bracelet) as I liked the style and the length. It was a (supposedly) 7 1/2" in length which it harder to find. I received it and it was barely over a 7" - was too short for me. I tried to contact Netaya to see what can be done about it. Nothing, no response to e-mails and couldn't get through on the phone. So I returned it, asking for my return shipping costs to be refunded too since the item was NOT as described. They refunded just the item price. After arguing with them for a while, they finally agreed to refund me 1/2 of my return shipping costs. That was over 6 weeks ago and nothing and they won't respond back to my e-mails. I will never, ever buy from again, they are rude, sady and do not stand behind their descriptions. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"
"Buyer beware, these people are thieves. Placed an order with the company, never received the package. Have been fighting with them for weeks and still no resolution. Today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and a complaint with my credit card company. I really wish I had researched this company before purchasing. Do not believe the positive reviews, I think they must be reviewing themselves since I cannot imagine anyone having a good experience with this company. Customer service is horrible, they either do not answer or put you on hold for long periods of time (probably hoping you will give up). I have learned that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Should have purchased from a reputable jeweler and paid a little more money and avoided this mess. I would give them zero stars if I could."
"This company is completely rediculous. First of all their customer service is just plain rude. I had one of the customer service ladies actually she wasnt a lady at all she was a b**** and she was yelling at me. Plus it didnt help that she could barely speak english. Second off they dont know how to run a company. They give you an option for priority shipping and i ended up paying for that and i still have yet to recieve my product, and it was supposed to be here a few days ago and they will not refund my shipping cost. How in the hell do you expect to run a company when you cant get a product to its customer on time. Anyway, my advice to you is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!"
"Classic bait and switch. I ordered a bracelet online through amazon. A few days later I received an email stating the item was oversold and I need to contact them. They were willing to offer me a few choices, $25 off an item with their inflated prices, or get my bracelet in March, (classic case of not wanting to hold any inventory and then place their order with their vendor in China when you order probably) or get a necklace that wasn't even close to the item. Well, I hate being put on the spot and cancelled my order. This company has poor buiness practices."
"Placed an order for earrings on Amazon. They only had two reviews so I figured we would give them a shot. The description listed a large quality range and one of the reviews said the earrings were better than expected. When we received the earrings there were noticeable inclusions and we decided were were going to return them. Paid for shipping to send it back and called a couple of days after my tacking number showed it was delivered. The CS rep said she would mark it for a return on Amazon and I got credited on my CC. I thought I was going to have a hard time but it didn't turn out too bad."
"Ordered $700 ring for Christmas present. Website guaranteed delivery before Christmas if item was ordered by midnight of 12/18/07. My order was placed early morning of 12/18/07. Netaya immediately charged my credit card for the ring. Three days go by and no email saying it was shipped. I call them on the phone - it took a while to get through because the line was busy. A woman finally answers the phone and when I give her the order information she rudely states (as if I was somehow supposed to know) that the particular ring I ordered takes at least a week to ship. It doesn't/didn't say that anywhere on the website nor did it inform me when I placed the order. I say fine and cancel the order and she said they would. They finally credited my money back to my credit card two days after Christmas. It's a good thing I had another credit card to purchase a ring elsewhere (at a "real" store)... I would absolutely never deal with them again."
