I've ordered nine separate times. i did have aproblem once because they stopped carrying money magazine, but they offered a replacement mag, plus a free subscription to another which i accepted and received. Frankly, i'm pleased with their service and the one problem was resolved quickly. Magsforless however is the company i'm angry with."
"DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller. I too have been a victim of their scam. What I went through was exactly the same as the other reviewrs here. After I ordered my magazine I never got an order confirmation e-mail from them. I waited for more than 3 months and it still hasn't arrived. So I followed the procedure stated on their website to file a complaint ticket. I did get an e-mail stating complaint ticket recieved and it should be resolved in 2 days. But the fact is there is no more contact from them after that. There is a phone number you can call to order by phone or inquire problems but it's a broken number. I regret giving my home address and credit card number to these people."
"I ordered a magazine and after 11 months of waiting, I contacted their support asking why my subscription had not started yet. They didn't give me any good reason, and said that they could not continue to process the order because the price had gone up since I placed the order. I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund. The current price of the magazine is roughly three times the price it was when I ordered it. My guess is that if the price had gone down during those 11 months, that I would not see any refund for the difference in price."

"I ordered a subscription from Netmagazines.com at a exceptionally good price in March, 2006. Four months later, the first issue hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they replied that the publisher withdrew the offer so the magazine is not available at that price, and said they would refund my money. Three months have gone by and I have not received the refund. I have e-mailed them twice about this and received no reply. I wish I had checked their Reseller.com rating before I ordered.
Update 10/21/2006: I made one last attempt to contact them via e-mail. I received a quick reply from a customer service rep who said she would research the issue and get back to me in 2-3 days. True to her word, she e-mailed me a few days later to apologize for the problems. She said a 3 year subscription was not availabe at that price but offer me a choice of a refund or a 1 year subscription. I chose the 1 year subscription. If the magazine actually shows up, I will consider myself reasonably satisfied since the price is actually pretty good for a 1 year subscription (even though the original offer was for 3 years at that price - but NetMagazines says the publisher withdrew the 3 year deal.) "

"They took my money and have not made good on their promise of a magazine subscription. I have contacted them three times using their problem tickek system and have been given the run around. I think they have lied to me and I think they are crooks. I recommend you do not do business with these crooks."
"Magazine renewal order placed 3.30.06. Credit card charged immediately. Magazine has no record of my renewal order. Several phone calls to Netmagazines.com not returned. Generic replies only to several emails. Customer Service leaves much to be desired. Will dispute charge if renewal not processed within 60 days of purchase date."

After I contacted them again they offered to refund my money with no apology whatsoever. Prices are sometimes very good with coupons, but you have to keep track of your subscriptions as you may not get them!"
