"As everyone else has said, DO NOT order from this website. My magazine has never been delivered as of 12/2/2008 and they have yet to respond to any service inquiries."

"I too was taken for a ride... again no recourse since it's been past 60 days. My credit card company did originally call me with a fraud alert when I had placed the order, but at that time I thought it was legitimate. Beware."

"I have still not received my subscription and it is 11/16/2008, 4 months later 1 month over when it was expected. I've emailed their customer service two times in the past 3 weeks with no response."

"DO NOT LET NETMAGAZINES TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A FIGHT!
After contacting the AG's office and waiting for them to contact NetVision dba NetMagazines, within days I started receiving my magazine.

"Avoid netmagazines.com at all costs. I ordered & paid for a magazine on October 30, 2007 and have yet to receive it. This company has provide a full year of excuses as to why there have been so-called delays. They do not have a phone number for customers to reach anyone directly and on average, each e-mail has taken 7 - 12 business days for a response! My tip if you are a customer having an issue, open 10 problem logs as it impacts their customer service ratings as this is the only way I receive a response within 7 days. Lastly, I have not once received an offer for anything for my headaches such as a complimentary gift certificate, my money back, a free subscription, etc.. Hard to believe a company like this can stay in business..."

"I have learned my lesson. Next time I order magazines from an online company, I will research reviews on that company first.

On May 31, 2008, I placed an order for a subscription to Canoe & Kayak. I received an invoice stating the estimated delivery date of the first issue would be 8/24/08. When I received no magazine by 9/02/08, I tried to call their toll free number. I got an automated message talking about a conference call. One of the options given was to speak to a representative and when I chose that option, the call disconnected. I tried two more times and I was disconnected each time.

I then filled out their online form for a status inquiry and received an email saying they would check into the problem and respond within two days. A week went by with no further response.

I contacted my credit card company but they would not do anything because the charge was past 60 days and I was instructed to write a letter. Most likely because too much time has gone by, the credit card company will not be able to help me.

Beware this company. They are a rip off! Don't throw your money away....order directly from the magazine you wish to order. Yes, they might be more expensive that way, but at least you are dealing with a REPUTABLE company. "

"I ordered a magazine through netmagazines 15 weeks ago and have yet to receive the first issue! I have made inquiries which have gone unanswered. There is no phone number listed on their website so you can call them, you just have to send e-mails. I want my money back! "
