Invoice number is google checkout order number. Item (IOCell Networks - 352ND - 2 Bay NDAS Network Enclosure) was listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. The day after I paid, seller sent me an email to cancel the transaction. When I emailed them and asked why they cancelled it, they replied that they no longer had the item for sale at the price I paid ($73.15, including shipping), but they would sell me one for $25 more. I checked their web site and they were still offering it as "in stock" until one week after they cancelled my order, although they had changed the listed price to reflect a $25 increase in price. BAIT AND SWITCH pricing. A month later (7 Apr 09) I was on the NeoBits website and they were offering the same item for a penny less than I had paid the first time, including shipping ($73.14 total). I again placed the order, and they again cancelled the order; this time with no explanation or apology. STAY AWAY FROM NEOBITS!!!

I ordered an antenna. When it didn't arrive I checked my order status. It said "cancelled."  
 
So I called customer service. Customer service could find no explanation why my order was cancelled, why I had gotten no notification of the cancellation, and did not offer to reinstate the order. (The antenna still showed as "in stock" on the Neobits website.)  
 
They asked for my phone number and told me they'd call me back with more info.  
 
What a joke.  
 
Update: they did finally call me back. They no longer carry it. Customer service couldn't explain why it was listed in stock if they no longer carried it. When I pressed, Neobits did take down that webpage so other people wouldn't be ordering a nonexistent antenna.  
 
I give Neobits an F for still listing it as in stock, a bigger F for not notifying me when my order had to be cancelled, but an A for calling me back to explain when I complained.

Checked status of order on 1/8/07, found out it was on back order. I never heard anything of it being on backorder, no eta, nothing.  
 
5/3/07 Still heard nothing.

I initially tried to order two Zultys IP phones from Neobits because their price was better than anywhere else I had seen. After talking with the sales rep they found that the phones I ordered were restricted to European sales. They then offered to sell me two of the better, more expensive phones for the same price as the first ones. Of course I placed the order and the order arrived much faster than expected.  
 
We are doing business with them again.

I bought a Zultys IP-PBX from NeoBits and despite the initial challenages I had with its configuration, NeoBits was very helpful to get the system configured.

I placed an international order to Mexico using my American Express card and the equipment (Acer's Ferrari 3200 Laptop Computer) arrived just on time. Customer service was excelent and online support really helped me. I'll definitiveley recommend this site for online business. The information was handled professionally and I think it's a trustworthy company.

neobits has provide excellent customer service from start to finish. I was a bit nervous ordering from these guys at first since i was in Canada but I will not hestitate to purchase from them again for all my computer needs. Jay and Arvind have truely done an amazing job. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for their needs as well. Keep up the good work.

I am very please with this experience. My original selection was no longer available so they offered me the next higher SKU (much more capable) for virtually the same price. They were very patient with my inquiries. I will shop here again.

Neobits has been a great supplier fromt the very start. The equipment was shipped out on time and the phone system has worked flawlessly. When we set the Talkswitch up in our office, they were very helpful on the phone. As for the product, it is very simple to use and proved to be very reliable. When our business grows, it we will be back for another Talkswitch from Neobits.
