reply posted May-28-2013 “Thanks for writing. The item was actually not in stock when you placed the order, and our website stated there would be a shipping delay (still does). The ETA we were initially provided by the manufacturer was pushed out subsequently by them, which is unfortunately not something under our control. Since you did not wish to wait any longer, we cancelled the order and refunded you in full.”
