They were very prompt about contacting me to see if I wanted to up grade or down grade or just wait a day for two for replacement of the item as ordered. Packing and shipping was great and a very small problem was resolved with a quick call to their service department. Will do business with them again."
"I ordered an open box motherboard on Tuesday May 30th. Paid $45.00 to have it shipped next day air FedEx. On Friday, when I still hadn't received the motherboard... I called to inquire why. I couldn't even get a hold of the sales dept. Instead my call was routed to Tim in service. Who informed me that the sales dept "Just hadn't gotten around to shipping that order out yet." Enraged, I demanded to speak to management. Tim replied with "There is no manger on the premises." I ended up demanding free shipping which they did agree too and I finally got my motherboard on June 6th... Six days later."
"At frist the people seemed nice very fast on C/S and help full thats before you become a paid customer. placed a order for custom built unit spent $1556 or so they billed the C/C fast and things where going good untill a month went by and bo unit no call from neo on what was going on no emails either, waited a few more days and i made the call they say theres a delay "like i didbt know that after a month"well got the unit and me and my bro set it up and the problems started had no sound... cd draw hit on the top leged when opened the light tubes was lose and nocking around things so we called to inform them of the condition it was in and hours on the phone with rep telling us unplug this and that open the case and see if things look ok and tring to get it to load up to desk top with no luck we sent it back for a credit back to my credit card minus the 15% and shipping which was explained to from the owner mark that how it works on credit returns which will be done promptly this is in severel emails from him. and here it is 7 weeks later with no refund to credit card still... so I say go with a computer company thats has good service refunds promply and appericates the customer and wants them to return. "
"The order went very well and the product fully met my expectation. I am completely satisfied and will definately purchase here again. One area I would suggest improvement would be shipping information. I was never really clear on if they shipped the order or exactly how long it would take to recieve the product. My suggestion, allow pleanty of time to recieve the product but rest assured, once you get it you will not be dissappointed. Don't get me wrong, it isn't like they don't ship the product, they just don't actively tell you much information about the shipping. "
"Sapphire replaced the board displaying "corrupt graphics", apparently out of the goodness of their hearts as I couldn't even get a RMA from Techmole/Neocomputers. The other board stopped making noise and is still in use. My opinion of Techmole/Neocomputers has not changed, they are the worst vendor I have ever ordered from and I will never consider them again.
Techmole and Neocomputers are the same people. If you don't believe it, set up an account at Techmole and then access it from Neocomputers. ====================

Went to Techmole: "ATI RADEON 9000 PRO 64MB TV DVI OEM, Our Price: $ 84.70, Model: 100-433001, Manufacturer: ATI, 3-year limited warranty"
$84.70!!!! I called Techmole sales and they said their advertised price was in error and they wouldn't honor it.
So, I ordered two, "ATI RADEON 9000 PRO 128MB TV OEM, Our Price: $85.80, Model: 100545, Manufacturer: ATI, 3-year limited warranty", because they were only $1.10 more than the 64 meg version.
I received a 'SAPPHIRE' Radeon 9000 PRO and an 'ATI' Radeon 9000. I called Techmole sales and they assured me REPEATEDLY that ATI was the manufacturer of the board, the warranty was 3 years and that the name 'Sapphire' was used by 'ATI' to distribute the OEM version of their ATI 9000 PRO. Techmole replaced the ATI 9000 with another Sapphire Radeon 9000 PRO and all was well....... for about two months.
By that time, one board had developed a very noisy fan and the other board started displaying corrupt graphics, enough to make it unusable. I contacted Techmole and was instructed to contact ATI for service under the three year warranty. I contacted ATI with the board info and was informed that they were NOT 'ATI' products but instead, were 'Sapphire' products.
I contacted Sapphire tech support. They told me to contact the vendor for their RMA procedure. I contacted Techmole again and spoke to the "new" RMA manager. I explained all that had transpired, and he pretty much told me, tough break.... Techmole's warranty is 30 days, contact ATI.
Oh, swell!

"Well like most on the next page i am still waiting for my order to be shipped 10 days after i ordered my new system, and paid for it that night, i was under the impression that it would be shipped in 4 to 6 days not 11 or 12 twice as long as they say. So far Very UNHAPPY no email execpt here is your order #, maybe i wouldn't be so unhappy if i got an email saying sorry your order will ship out on .... b/c we are busy or somthing. That's what one would expect from a GOOD company! Oh i paid that day and paypal said that it was paid the next day NeoComputers never showed that i paid until three days later, pay pal is instance! Come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Their customer service and attention to detail make buying something like a Dell or Gateway the dumbest decision of the century. They support what they sell, an in my case, a lot of what they do not (time permitting). I'm very pleased and will continue our 3 year on-going relationship."
"Take care when ordering from NeoComputers. They made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I placed an order with NeoComputers for a computer with a monitor. The total came out at $563.29 and they sent me an email confirming that amount. When I was reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed I had two charges from NeoComputers. One was the correct amount for $563.29, but there was an extra charge of $242.65 that I didn't authorize. After looking into it, on the original order, the monitor was listed at $0. Now the monitor is listed at $242.65. So perhaps they made a mistake on the original order, but rather than call me to resolve the issue, they made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and never informed me. "
