"My boss asked me to order a circulation pump for a hydronic heating system in a house we were building. I had to Google it to figure out what this was and then I called National Pump and Supply to order one.

Obviously, I didn't know squat, but these guys were great, they asked me the questions they needed answers for, told me how to find the info and then promptly told me which pump would be best for this application. So I ordered it.

The pump arrived, I looked like a genius, and now I fear I've become the chief pump orderer for the company. The guys at NP&S are the ace up my sleeve. I highly recommend National Pump and Supply!"

"Tim Rostenbach was the National Pump and Supply representative who assisted me. Besides being highly professional and knowlegeable, he was patient and answered my questions. He found the right product, shipped it right away and left me with a sense of trust in himself and the company. I have since made contact for a second item I will be needing."

"I needed a custom built pump and I needed it fast. I was able to get a quote back with-in the hour unlike every other pump store online and the price was also the most competitive. The communication was really good and they actually were able to troubleshoot a few other problems for me. I normally would never take the time to write something like this for a company but I felt compelled this time because of the service I was able to get. They know what they are doing and they do it well!"

"Such a pleasure dealing with this company. Spoke with a professional who was able to answer my questions and prompted me to answer questions that proved to be both helpful and necessary in receiving the right pumps. "Everthing was fine with National. I ordered the pump on the 15th and was
shipped on the 16th and today is the 24th and the pump is still not here it's still in route. I will never have UPS ship a package again If Fed-ex
can't diliver I will do without. I give National pump 5 stars for effort but UPS a 1/2 star.

"I was extremely please with the help these guys gave me. They literally spent the time to work through the part I needed and emailed me several times with diagrams until I was confident I was getting the part I needed, The cool thing was it saved me buying a pump. I was honestly surprised. I would recommenced these guys to anyone. "
