"Yea, our experience with namescout was the same as the other reviewer. we registered a *.cn domain with them and were very surprised to learn a month later that someone else had registered the same domain. we were extremely dissapointed with the 'oops' response we got from them and it took a couple of months to get a refund. the domain name, of course, was lost forever. "
