The first online company wanted to charge more for the same name tags, AND insisted it go to Hawaii by UPS AIR which was 48.00 for shipping. So we went next in line and found this company. The graphics department did several versions to help my husband see what the tags would actually look like in size and type style. This was invaluable as he cannot visualize things like this. The first of 7 tags arrived and it's just gorgeous in color and workmanship. We intend to use this company again for creating more tags as we need them. Also Customer Service was great too! My husband has a Frankenstein Laboratory kind of Coffee Roasting Room & puts on shows, and now he can label some equipment to add to the decor. One thing he got was an old HUGE carnival wooden hammer used for "ringing the bell" and for it he wanted a tag made that said "COMPUTER ADJUSTER", which is just hilarious. I live in Canada and I orders 3 name tags. With shipping, my order totaled $54.22. I just got a call from UPS and brokerage fees are going to be $30. That doesn't even include customs yet. So, for 3 name tags, I'm going to have to pay up to $100. I spoke to them over their "Customer Service" live-chat and they refused to do anything to help. I can't even cancel my order. They really value the quality they give out because the logo I had given them when printed some of the lettering wasn\u0027t very clear and they took the time to call me and tell me what was wrong and then told me the alternative which turned out to be great. I\u0027ve been looking for name tag companies to order from for a few weeks before I came upon Name Tag Country and I\u0027m so glad I did. Their costs are reasonable and the quality is great. I ordered two name tags, got an email to proof read the name tag, and then had an invoice which stated the quantity was (2) beside the a photo copy of the name tag. What I received 10 days later (yes, the website says they offer 24 hr turn around--but again READ the FINE print)was one name tag which was correct, and the other which was INCORRECT. So, infact, I paid $25 for ONE name tag and waited 10 days for the order. When I called to explain that there had been a mistake, I was told \u0022read the web site\u0022 ... Very arrogant, and refusing to offer any customer service what-so-ever. Go to Staples or Office Max! Don\u0027t bother with this outfit.
