We don't own a car, live near to public transport and so it makes sense to trim time off journeys for me to get one. It arrived on Saturday and I have used it every day since. I I took it on the DC Metro system and it was easy to fold down to get down the escalators.....it's a bit heavy though at times. The pavements here aren't the best but it copes well and the board is a nice size for my feet. It takes a while to get used to braking and using the brake to slow you down on the hills. It's doing wonders for my bum though and it's so much fun with the kids.....I wish I had bought one a year ago when my kids were finding their feet scootering. For those of you toying with buying one I don't think you will regret it. e need to get more people out of their cars and taking their kids to school on scooters! <br><br>The reviews on the Internet really helped me choose the Kick Ped too.
