"Purchased a Lian-Li PC-68USB case. It shipped timely and I was issued tracking info as soon as it went out. Took a while to arrive (Canada to Dallas), but it was trackable every step of the way. Package arrived inside Lian-Li's original box, with no additional packing or protection - probably the only gripe I may have about the order. Otherwise, the case arrived in perfect shape and is functioning beautifully. I would do business with them again, but I'd be careful to stick to full retail items until I had more experience with them."

"Bought a network card last time, but i have also purchased about half the parts for my cmoputer there. They have good prices. Everything was packed well. I RMA'd the network card because it wouldn't work (D-link told me to RMA). They paid shipping both ways, very good of them. When i got it back, it still didn't work, but it turned out reinstalling WinXP fixed it. So it wasn't NCIX's fault.

A way to get around their inventory problem: Go online, select the parts you want, hit order, enter all you information. When you get to the confirmation screen, it recaps your order. The confirmation screen also has inventory listed, and i've found that inventory to be acurate"

"Probably the best large computer retailer in Canada. Their prices are always among the best and things get shipped very quickly.

I thought I should do an update here as I am extremely pleased with the service I have recieved from NCIX over the years - especially my last order.

I recently had a fairly bad power supply failure (long out of warranty) and so needed to replace almost everything. I ordered a bunch of parts from NCIX. They all arrived quickly and well packaged so I had minimal downtime."

"I ordered a Visiontek vid card from ncix,they called 2 days later saying it wasn't available but could they send an Asus card of the same model instead.The Asus was $22.00 cheaper and I got it the next day via courier.I'm very happy with this company...price and service wise."

"This has got to be the greatest online retailer for computers in Canada. Shipping was somewhat slow with UPS ground to Ontario (4 days), but the shipping is dirt cheap compared to anywhere I've shopped south of the border, and I've sent many items south of the border and know that many places overcharge on shipping, but ncix does not! Your first order may take up to 3 days to process because they must verify your credit card information, but every order after that was processed in less than a day. I'd usually order my products at night, and by the next day at around 6PM EST my stuff is already on its way with a tracking number. Their site lacks product descriptions and pictures of a lot of their items, but if you know your stuff you don't really need pictures and product details anyways. There's also customer reviews on the site which is nice and they even have a forum for hardware discussion. From what I hear about newegg all the time and I've come to believe that this is Canada's equivalent. I will continue to purchase all my computer related products from them. Thank you ncix for providing Canada with such great service and prices!"

"Excellent company! Orders are processed at an impressive speed. They sent me a tracking number for my order the next day. WoW!

They are very professional. When you login to your account and pull up an order information, everything you need to know is clearly displayed. This eliminates the hassle to call them if you have any questions about your order. Overall, I rate this company as EXCELLENT!"
