"Another (of 100's) successful order at NCIX. I've literally purchased over 100 orders with NCIX and all have arrived impeccable and as often as not without an issue.
Again, the best in Canada, easy to deal with, great webpage to order from where you can pricematch, edit and order or talk to support.

"Every purchase I make from NCIX is always hassle free, top of the line equipment and excellent customer service. My last order was about 150$ and had no problems whatsoever. I was curious about one backorder item I had ordered. The day I called, the told me everything and anything I needed to know about my status of the order. I've had 2 instances where I had to call NCIX and had excellent service each time. The prices are great, the products are great, the forum is great, and the customer service and free rewards is beyond any other website. I thank NCIX, as well as the others that have helped me with NCIX. You are the greatest retail pc store. Thank you very much."

"NCIX is simply a fantastic store. Their web service is one of the best I have seen and the forums are so good that I have found myself a 'vip member' and a common contributor to it at least once a day.

Their pricematch policy makes them THE place to shop at, since there is no problems in getting the best deal.

I would recommend them to everyone looking to buy a computer or just upgrades. "

"My purchasing history has been stellar. My first one was a little late to come in but that's because I had to wait for parts... Other than that, there's nothing to say. My order for RAM was amazing! I bought it on the 19th, got it on the 22nd or the 23rd! I flipped to see that the order had come in so early. Great service!"

"I bought a Artic Cooling VGA silencer, for my 1337 rig from NCIX. What can I say! NCIX has astounded my with the services, he introduced me to the world of LCD monitors, when I was interested in buying two. They are not the nagging monsters you get to know from Future Shop, and Staples. They don't push you to buy something. It also has the cheapes prices in their online store! NCIX is really great! I would highly recommend this store."

"great service, Price matching, shipping is fast ( or at least as fast as others), Good specials weekly often with free or cheap shipping options.

Call back support system that ACTUALLY WORKS, (other places I have dealt with have spotty records in this dept.)

"Problems happen, and you can rate a store by how well it deals with them. Trust me, no other store would be that comprehensive and offer to solve your problems as well as NCIX.

My first computer came from NCIX, my girlfriend's USB key came from NCIX, my brother computer was built by NCIX and my new 2.5K workstation that I ordered yesterday will come from NCIX. They simply offer the best service in Canada and they are the only ones with such good prices and quality.

Nothing is done in haste or without custommer care in mind. I would simply never think of buying a computer piece if it's not from NCIX.

"I ordered an AMD Athalon 64 X2 4200+ Retail Box along with some other components. I received my order in about 4 - 5 business days which was pretty good but upon examining what was sent I noticed that I received an open/used CPU. The box and inside packaging was significantly damaged and the CPU and heatsink showed clear signs of wear and tear.

I received my RMA # and now after spending close to $1500 I have to pay to send back their mistake."

"This was my first and last transaction with NCIX. I placed an order with an e-check (they only accept Paypal from the US now) on an in-stock item. There is a minimum waiting time for the payment method to clear. After waiting 4 of the 5 days, I called to make sure that one was indeed being held for me since I had placed the order and entered the payment when it was in stock. The CS rep said that it wasn't necessarily being held, but they still "had a few around" so I should get one if the e-check cleared. The next day, it cleared and now they're saying I'll be waiting a few weeks for my new card. I found one in stock elsewhere and it's on the way already - hassle free."
