We feel it's appropriate to respond to this review just to clarify on your comment. As far as the ordering goes we can take the order over the phone, but based 100% on experience it's much more likely for us to make an error entering information over the phone than when you enter it on the website directly. We are truly sorry if whom you spoke to came across as anything but genuine, it's our goal to make sure that ordering is as easy as possible. We use this policy only to reduce the possibility of incorrect shipments which end up being a much worse situation for everyone.

reply posted May-21-2013 “We're truly sorry about the problem with the imprinter. We tried contacting you by phone and email. We went ahead and refunded the entire order. We believe that the manufacturer shipped a bad batch of these imprinters, as we've found several from the same lot with problems as you are describing. Please contact us if there is anything else we can do to help.
