"This was a great online purchase experience from the time I ordered, to prompt delivery. I got a call a couple days before I received the package, verifying the shipping address.
The phone is exactly as advertised: brand new, in great working order.
My only suggestion is that they include a better wall charger. The one I got has the European wall plug, and they included an adaptor for US use. The connection was so loose, that I had to go buy a wall charger.
Also, the case with belt-loop snap is very impractical. I got a case that has a clip-on style, instead.
The phone itself is great, and I was very pleased with the excellent email and phone communication.
