Scammed. Received the product; it came in generic packaging, was clearly used and tampered, and most importantly doesn't work. Unfortunately, I failed to read the seller reviews (seeing that it generally had most stars). One can only assume they populate the ratings with false five stars to increase the average.

Do not trust this company ... go on to read other reviews before you spend your hard earned $$$ here.  
I ordered a bluetooth headset and it took over a month to get it. The purchase was explained to be "new" not refurbished. I received a used headset not even in original packaging. Opened the package and tried to use the product and IT WAS BROKEN. The microphone didn't work. They refuse to replace the item or refund the purchase. That is not how you do business or satisfy customers. Money spent ... money gone! THEY ARE CROOKS

I ordered a Jawbone Headset from these people. It was never delivered, my post office said they never received such package. I think they never sent the package on the first place and just charged my credit card for the price. Now I've tried to contact them dozens of times and have been unable to contact anyone as they are always ''off hours'' or never get transferred, once I was able to contact a representative and they told me to hold on the line, 20 min passed so I decided to hang up, terrible terrible service. My emails would sporadically be answered and with no useful information as to the status of my order. Really bad experience this was meant to be a gift but now I didn't give the gift, and lost $67. I will NEVER again order from this site, I'm guessing they live off of scamming honest people.

Purchased a Blackberry phone and paid for Tmobile service files to be put on it. Not only did they not install the files, per Tmobile, Blackberry does not supply Tmobile files for this model phone and if they were to install some they would be from a different model and may not work. N1 refuses to answer my emails, in fact they have deleted them from my account file. I have also tried to call numerous times, only getting through once. I was promised a return call on Feb. 26 but still have heard nothing. Now, the battery goes dead after only 12 hours of being unplugged from charger. Buyers beware. I will file with the BBB. I would like to know the physical address in NY for this company. I was told it was past the 10 return policy, but they never answer their calls or emails so how are you suppose to return an item or find out information on it?? Since my purchase I have tried to contact N1 33 times either by phone or email. When I tried by phone I don't call once, I try 15-20 times in one day. I only count it as one time. Still no answer, or mail box full. No response to my emails and yes, I did file with the BBB of New York. Buyers be ware.

1) I remain on backorder under the condition that I get a final charge that is a substantially significant amount of discount (no less than 40%) over the original price of the phone I had agree to pay for (which was $59.98). Either that,  
or  
2) I cancel the current order and your company allows me to purchase  
a Sony Ericsson S500i-Quad Band GSM Unlocked Phone (Black/Purple/Yellow, depending on the soonest availability) with a reduced price by at least 40%,

Just check the BBB site and it will become painfully obvious that this site is a lot like a guy in a dark ally going 'psssst, wanna buy a cheap watch, maybe a leather jacket, or how bout a bluetooth headset?'. It's sites like this that make people afraid to shop online. I ordered a Plantronics Voyager 855. According to the confirmation email the transaction was pre-approved and the item was being "processed". After 2 days without an update on the status I called the customer support number. The rep I talked to said that my card had been declined because the zip code on the card didn't match the one I gave them. I was told that I had to call my bank and ask them why the card was declined. So I called my bank and they said that there was no record of them even trying to run my card. I had to call back a dozen times before I got through again to a rep and then he put me on hold. After 10 minutes of waiting in silence I just hung up. Cell phone minutes aren't free. I tried again later and after another dozen tries I was able to talk to another rep. He said that the transaction was fine, but the item was out of stock and that's why it hadn't shipped. Nowhere on the site or in the confirmation email was it stated that the item was out of stock. There was no communication from the company about the status of my order. I guess that's not surprising seeing as THEY didn't even know what was going on with my order. Luckily I was able to cancel my order before I was charged. I felt like I was dealing with a couple of dropouts living in their parent's basement, selling off their stuff when they weren't looking. Avoid the hassle and go with a reputable company.

I purchased a bluetooth headset from this company and it arrived broken, in a plain white box, and without a charger. These people are thieves. Truly. if you are reading this and are contemplating doing business with them, please do not. It kills me that they stole my money and if I can convince one person to shop elsewhere, it can provide at least some vindication. As others have said, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and it's no wonder why. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Purchased 2 cell phones. The first one, the cover was already coming off. The second one, the earpiece was malfuncional. I can only use it thru speakerphone. Contacted customer service multiple times. Placed me on hold for 25 minutes and hang up. Numerous emails, unanswered. Please do not shop from them.
