I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. My order was quickly acknowledged, processed and shipped. It arrived well packaged and without damage. I bought two bluetooth headsets from this company. The first one was broken when it arrived and it didn't work at all so I sent it back and ordered another one thinking they would just swap out the one.
Well the second one was also broken so I asked for a refund which they refused to give.
I argued with them for a while and the person on the phone actually yelled at me multiple times calling me a liar.
I was able to get back a meager $39.99 out of the $103.98 that I paid them.
This company is a huge rip off and they don't even ship you the real thing. They are cheaper because their products are fakes.

Not only was this the best price I could find anywhere on the web, the service was excellant. I ordered this at night, after business hours. The next day about 10 am I received an email sayin my headset was shipped! sure enough within three days the product was in the mailbox. I have bookmarked this store and it will certainly be a store of choice in the future

This order was 'completed' through Google checkout. It was smooth and the order completed. The order came quickly and was in a nice package. Problem....1)The item sent was NOT what I had ordered. The invoice indicates my specific product but that was not was sent. 2)to add insult to injury the unit was DOA. I tried to contact them and I get put on hold...continually. Eventually I call back and electronic voice says no one can handle my call now please leave email. I do that....no response. I have an inferior product and it's DEAD. I'm out the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Pleased with the item and the support the company provided. I chose to have the bluetooth VMX100 sent by regular mail with no tracking and as much as it took 3 weeks to arrive in Toronto, Canada by regular shipping, it did get here. The accessory was missing from the order (car charger), customer support had no problem in forwarding the item.
The product, the service, the prices are all very satisfactory. I recommend N! Wireless and would purchase from them again.

Ordered a cell phone (in stock item), urgent need, paid for priority overnight shipping (additional $35). 3 days later, no phone, and not even a shipping confirmation. Left for a business trip with broken phone, due to their inability to ship within 3 days. Could NOT reach them by phone, after MANY tries. Service voice-mail-box is full (do they even have a service department???). Called the number for sales, several times. NEVER was able to reach a HUMAN. Finally canceled the order by e-mail. No charges on my credit card at least. 3 days wasted, several hours of frustration & I still need to buy a phone!

I have tried several times to contact your business since August 15, 2009 through e-mail and phone calls. The Discovery 925 Black Bluetooth earpiece that I purchased can not be charged. The charger part on the headset is to far inside it to put the charger on. I would really like for you to replace it or refund me $52.99. I will not recommend this vendor based on my personal experience. I bought a Motorola Z3 Rizr from this vendor which was supposed to be a brand new phone but when it arrived it had all the signs of a refurbished phone. The manual was a color photostat, charger didn't have a motorola log on it and had some peeled off sticker. Phone doesn't look brand new either.

the jawbone unit is by far the best that I have owned and recomend it to all my customers and freinds.the only piece missing is a mobile charger

Ordered 2 items, one being a Aliph Jawbone with a 2yr warranty and extra car/travel charger kit. Received emails confirming the order, and informing me the items were shipped. I had noticed that the car charger/travel charger kit was not listed with the other items, but the charge to my card was correct, so I let it ride. I received the items quickly and opened them to find the charging kit not there. I immediately contacted the Company, not an easy thing since I kept being told they were busy. However, I did finally get through and after some convincing, the customer service rep agreed to send the missing kit. 2 weeks went by, and nothing. I called again, which took several days to get through, and emailed. Upon talking this next time, I had to go round and round explaining the situation. Finally they once again agreed and quickly sent out the missing item. I read other reviews and found similar or worse problems. I am on the fence about ordering from this company again.

I order BT headset from N1wireless. They came within 5 days in Finland. Service was wery fast and price low. Total points to the company.

I would never order from this company again!! Not only did they send me a defective phone, but they were not accessable by phone or internet for a refund or return. After numerous calls and e-mails they would not honor their warrenty, because THEY did not get to us in 7 days!! SHAMEFUL!! Legal actions have begun!

Attempted to purchase unlocked cell phone(s) from this seller and had a horrible experience. Waited for over a month for order to be filled, with little communication from seller, other than getting order cancellation notices. Believe that they advertise items at prices, knowing that they will never will be filled. Will never buy anything from them again and will spread the word regarding their horrible service and reputation as an unresponsible and untrusted seller.

I purchased 2 allegedly unlocked Blackberry's as gifts which I sent to South Africa. Neither Blackberry's are able to log onto the Internet, although the phone and text functions work perfectly. I supplied technical details of the problems to N1 by e-mail on no less than 3 occasions, but have never received a reply. When you trya nd phone their "helpline", you get the message that the customer service reps are busy and the inbox is not taking messages as it is full. Really good customer service. I will never buy anything from them again, and will advise others not to do so either.
