"This was the worst experience of any company in my life. I would ask anyone to call their number 877-499-8425 and stay on hold for weeks at least 30 calls over 1 hour and then they hang up. try this before you order on line. Do not order via internet. call them and see the service level. You will not receive the products you order, they do not respond to the e-mails you send, never answer the phone, customer care as they call it is non-existent. oh, by the way you can even try live chat and they cut you off when you tell them how unhappy you are with their service. Priority delivery is 1/2 of an order several days later. the other 1/2 good luck."

"my order was canceled, i have no idea why. Now i understand orders can be canceled for one reason or another. My problem is when i tried to contact the customer service departmetn i waited on hold for twenty + minutes on two different occasions. The automation continusoly told me they would be with me shortly and was told average wait time is five minutes. I left my number with the voice mail I was told agian by an automated message that i would receive a call back in les then 20 minutes on average. Its over 24hours later i still have not received the call. They also have not responded to my email. Tickle has great prices and looks reputable,I'm really questioning if they are at this point They certainly dont have any customer focus."

"My products arrived opened and used. I dont feel confident buying ever again on this website They were clearly charged before they arrived more than once and opened. 1. Contents were not in the usual order and were not the same in both items. 2.one of the silk bags is not the right size for this LELO ALIA Insignia 3.the charge opening is clearly being used enough that u can see it open.(usually when brand new the charger opening closes completely when the charger is removed. 4.the boxes are not in 100% new condition. 5. this would not be noticed by someone new to the LELO luxury brand, but anyone that has purchased this products before will notice immediately. 6,Currently waiting for response from customer care to refund my money asap.
