"I ordered Audio Authority 9A60 HD VGA->Component converter, because it was bit cheaper then in other stores and shipping was free. I received small box with nicely packed device 4 days later. I didn’t use customer service, but having contact phone number and store address somewhere at web site pages would be good. "

"This store has excellent service. I ordered my item and I received it very quickly. StormLogic dropped the price of my item a week later. I sent them an email explaining that I had just purchased it a week before the price drop and they gladly refunded me the difference. I highly recommend the honest and customer-focused people at StormLogic."
"They had a problem with my shipping address. In only a few hours, I got a non-form-letter e-mail asking me for more info, and after I replied they sent me another e-mailed acknowledgement (in addition to the automated order update).
The order arrived a few days later complete and well-packed.
Overall, they were one of the friendliest companies I've had to deal with. They have a limited selection, but if what you need is something they have, I highly recommend!"

Speedy, and a good price. I would shop here again."
"Excellent price, free and prompt shipping. Had a problem because USPS couldn't deliver the package, even though the address was perfect (i.e. no fault of Mythic.tv). They were great about resending it without additional charge. Would use them again for preference, if they have what I need. "
"Prior to placing my order for a Dragon v2.0 KnoppMyth System, I made several inquires about system options. My emailed questions were each answered within a day, if not sooner, and I found the answers to be complete and ultimately (i.e. once I received my Dragon) accurate.
Their order system advised me: 1) when my order had been processed, giving me an estimated delivery time frame; 2) when the custom build of my Dragon had started; and 3) when my system had shipped.
I received the system three working days after it shipped (free of charge) and it arrived in perfect condition. Everything inside the Dragon case was sound and my subsequent installation of KnoppMyth completed without problem. A question I had during installation was answered within an hour after I asked it.
MythTV gets better with each release. And, I think, the Dragon v2.0 is going to be an excellent hardware platform for video capture as well as for video creation, editing and management.
I'm just starting to use the system today, but I'm sure that if I run into any problems, they will be resolved quickly by the folks at StormLogic."
