"If you're looking for MythTV box, these guys are the way to go. My machine was delivered when promised and was nicely assembled. Setup of the initial KnoppMyth software was mostly painless. (But come on, it's MythTV. You didn't think it was going to be that easy.) I had some crazy issues because I wanted to use every feature on the box. The support guys were very responsive and gave me direction for issues that weren't even covered in the support agreement. I'd reccomend them to anyone who was looking for a MythTV machine."
