The support guys were very responsive and gave me direction for issues that weren\u0027t even covered in the support agreement. "I ordered an HDHomeRun and failed to notice the check-out message that there would be a delay of a few days before the order could be processed. When I asked to cancel the order, StormLogic responded immediately and cancelled the order without any argument. That's excellent customer service."
