Sean has been my main point of contact over the years and he's just awesome, its nice when you can walk in the shop and be called by your first name, not many places have this kind of service and dedication. They stand behind their work 110% and are always just a phone call or email away with any questions or concerns. I have looked elsewhere but always find myself going to MB because of the service and not to mention that they pretty much have the cheapest prices around so don't try shopping, MB has it cheaper for sure. Oh yah, not many companies setup gaming servers and forums for their customers either! Thanks guys, you rock!"

"I am absolutely pleased with Mysterybyte's service, shipping, and overall quality of the products. I just bought a new motherboard and processor, and the shipping was so rapid I was just beside myself how quickly I recieved the package. This is the third order of mine through Mysterybyte... "Shopped around all the online stories I could find located in Canada when I was looking to purchase a new pc (or at least 90% of a new pc) and MysteryByte is the cheapest I've ever found. Great service, prices, customer care (I was having a lot of problems with a stick of RAM I got there and they tested it and said they didn't find any problems yet replaced it for me anyway!) ... you won't find anything bad about this place."

"I bought a 9800pro from MysteryByte yesterday. I live about 2hr's drive from the store and I was quite anxious to get my hands on one of these cards when they came into stock again. So I asked if they would hold one for me. I quickly received an answer back that they would hold one for me. They were also kind enough to email me and tell me the cards had arrived. I walked in the door to pick up the card and had not walked 2 steps before someone asked if they could help me. Top notch service!"

In the event that you run into a snag after buying something, they go out of thier way to make things right for you, which is always appreciated. With the addition of the forum to thier website, getting help from them or information on new/upcoming products couldn't be easier.
To put it simply, they are always my first choice for hardware in this city and I consistently reccomend them without any hesitation to friends and business associates.
