"I bought a 9800pro from MysteryByte yesterday. I live about 2hr's drive from the store and I was quite anxious to get my hands on one of these cards when they came into stock again. So I asked if they would hold one for me. I quickly received an answer back that they would hold one for me. They were also kind enough to email me and tell me the cards had arrived. I walked in the door to pick up the card and had not walked 2 steps before someone asked if they could help me. Top notch service!"

With the addition of the forum to thier website, getting help from them or information on new/upcoming products couldn't be easier.
