"Jeff from the Chicago office was very informative as well as patient in helping in our selection of Oregon wines very close to closing one night. He actaully took the time to to work over his normal hours to make sure that this was shipped the next day.

"MyPrimeWines was hands-down the best online shopping experience I've had. I emailed the vendor about my concern that a tracking number had not been provided along with my Order confirmation, and immediately received a phone call from the proprietor, Jeffrey Ibsen. Here's what he did: Refunded my payment until the Order had been received; expedited the shipping at no extra cost; upgraded a bottle (out of six) as a courtesy and with no additional charge. He kept in touch and followed the Order until it arrived safely and in record time. Mr. Ibsen was friendly, helpful, and every bit as good as his word. "Love this place! I needed a bottle of wine for Valentine's Day (I waited 'til the 13th to order... smart I know)
But I called a bunch of shops and they all wanted $40 - 60 for next day delivery. myprimewines.com delivered it the VERY same day @ no extra charge. Gift wrapped and all. I am VERY happy. "
