"Never received my dress I ordered for my daughter's baptism. Had to call company when dress did not come to find out it had been backordered and wouldn't be available until 6 weeks after our scheduled service.

In response to your reply to my review - You guys are horrible! You make it seem like it is the customer's fault when you can't follow through on an order. Yes you did send me a notice 48 hours after my purchase that the part of my order was on backorder, which I quickly replied to. I asked if I needed to order a different dress and gave you the date of our baptism. Your reply to me was that I did not need to find a different dress and would have my order in time. When dress still hadn't come 4 days before the service I called your company and then was told dress was backordered for another 6 weeks. No one even had bothered to notify me!

We are extremely sorry that you were unable to receive the dress you ordered. We send you a back order reminder 48hrs after the order was placed. The order was canceled because we weren't going to get the dress in time for your event.

"My daughter is thrilled with the dress. I was happy with the workmanship on the dress and crinoline. Our order arrived when we were told it would. I was grateful for the customers' notes to order based on measurements instead of by what size my daughte "usually" wears. She would've been swimming in her "usual" size."

"This place has the worst customer service. The employees are rude to you and don't care about helping you. The three I spoke to Elsie Nawel and Derf were horrible, cancelled my order without my permission and were yelling at me because a dress I ordered was on backorder."

"Great! Very good prices (we caught the sale prices) and professional, timely delivery (very important). We received exactly what we ordered and had ample time to make alterations to the dress as needed. Dress is beautiful and stylish with a super, affordable price. Our little two year old is comfortable in the dress and excited about wearing her fancy, new dress (as flower girl). Thank you for the option of adorable but affordable (sale prices)!"

"I ordered a dress for my 3 yr old daugheter for a wedding. First of all I had to express ship it, (which still took 5- 7 days) because the expected shipping was going to take to long and then when I got it in, it looked very cheap and it didn't even fit, it was to big in some areas and to small in others and I even had her measured. Then when I called back about returning they said that I only had 5-7 business days to do that so I couldn't even return it so now Im just out that money and I doubt I can even sell it for what I had to pay for it."

Yes. We have shorter period of return time because the merchandise we are carrying is special occasion items. However we normally accept the return within 30 days. Please let us know your order #, so we can address this issue.

"The dress that I got is beautiful, but I had a hard time getting the dress. It didn't ship when it was supposed to, and I had to write to the company two times once to remind them of my order, and then to remind them to ship the dress."

You placed order 11/27/2011 and we shipped 12/12/12, which was what we promised. we also expedited your order to 3Day UPS with our cost just to make your Christmas happy. "MyGirlDress.com empowers parents, brides etc with choice: choice to customize, accessorize, and select by style, colour, size. The selection is impressive and the prices are reasonable. Ordering from Canada, I would rather the company do like other companies where import duties are auto-included in their courrier fees (North American or international shipments) so that the price IS "as indicated" rather than be somewhat disappointed on arrival to fork out more duties. The restocking fee (that it exists) is good in minimizing the number of people who repeatedly order wrong sizes, but 15% seems harsh considering that the buyer is already assuming shipping fees. Service has usually been quick; arrivals are usually well-packaged."
