I am writing from Australia to let you know that my labels arrived today and that I am overwhelmingly thrilled!
What a fantastic product, absolute top quality and genuinely honest, efficient service.
I realised within moments of sending through my original order that I had misspelt “Merlot” on my wine label. Having read your fine print, I knew that there was no way I could go back and amend my order so I placed a second order for the same labels but with the correct spelling. I was more than happy to pay the double postage of $US14.00 for both orders since lets face it; I was silly enough to write “merlow” in the first place and it’s not like I haven’t had my fair share of Merlots to not know the difference.
To receive my labels today and not only see that you so kindly fixed my silly error, but then to see on my credit card statement that you had refunded my second $US14.00; I was just so touched. This is my definition of personal service!
To think that I found you all the way over there in Oregon from my study in the Blue Mountains, Australia! Go Google!
