"I ordered customized beer bottle labels to give as a wedding gift to friends (personalized beer to go along with the beer glasses off their registry!) and the labels came out great! This website has TONS of unique designs and options and the labels look even better than I had hoped they would...couldn't be happier with my experience with My Own Labels!"

"I used My Own Labels for my own wedding (stickers for bags and water bottles). I remember ordering them somewhat last minute for my wedding, although probably still at least 2-4 weeks out. I loved them and thought they were great for a personalized touch for my gift bags for hotel guests. So, when it came time for my brother-in-law to get married, I suggested take-away boxes for cake at the reception with personalized stickers from My Own Labels on top.

The bride picked out what stickers she liked best, but somehow I didn't see her email until 2 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I was flipping out. I called them, emailed them and placed an order on a hope and a prayer. Within a couple of hours, they called me back and confirmed my order and let me know they could do it! Yes!!! I ordered them to be shipped overnight to my hotel where we were staying for the wedding. To my delight, when I checked in the next day, the stickers were there waiting for me and I got to work that evening assembling the cake take-away boxes with time to spare. My Own Labels is based in Portland, OR and they got it to NY State the very next day. Thank goodness! The stickers looked great and were printed as requested. It was expensive for the rush fee ($20) and overnight shipping ($44), but the stickers were reasonably priced(50 cents each) and I had promised this to my new sister-in-law, so it was worth it for me.

I saw someone else had an issue with a rush order, I highly recommend calling and/or emailing them to try and confirm your order with someone. They thanked me for contacting them outside the order, so that may have made the difference and made it easier for them to understand the urgency of the situation.

"BEWARE that service on rush orders is poor and they will take your $ with no reasonable effort to complete the order because it says no refunds on rush orders.
We placed a simple rush order for stickers for wedding favors and there was a week to ship so just to be cautious we paid for the rush ordering AND 30.00$ for next day UPS air. So we paid 87.00$ for stickers.
The tracking info says that the order was shipped UPS ground so shockingly it did not arrive in time. Since it was a rush order and we forfeit all of our rights and hopes for a refund the answer is just "too bad."
It is basically like stealing to take 30$ from someone and then use the slow shipping even if the order had made it on time. Did anyone contact us to tell us there was going to be a problem or suggest that the order is impossible? NO
Did anyone suggest cancelling the order and not charging us the 87$? No
Did anyone suggest an alternative method of shipping with the 30$ they had to work with to make sure it got there in time? NO
Shipping UPS ground was a guarantee for failure but they did it anyway and did not contact us even though we supplied an event date.

With one week before the wedding and 30$ to work with for shipping costs, they should have made it happen. UPS has a lot of options and so does USPS so I don't know if it was an oversight or negligent but they are now unwilling to acknowledge it and give us a refund. I would have printed stickers myself if I wasn't so busy working to pay for the wedding.

In short- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING RUSH because you will not see your $ or your order in time. They will take your $, ship in an ineffective way (pocketing your rush shipping $) and keep silent about the logistical possibilities about why your order might be a huge waste and impossible to complete. I would have rather just heard that it wasn't going to be possible and my credit card was never charged. My next option is to send the credit card company to inquire about this robbery.

"I needed small tags for my wedding favors and I wanted something unique. I was able to design and order the tags for my wedding favors with ease. The delivery was prompt and the prices are reasonable. I recommend My Own Labels for your next event.

"Ordered wine labels for my son's wedding and they are wonderful!! Would order from them again - other son is getting married this year also so I will be ordering lots of other things including thank you tags for our gift bags and hotel welcome baskets!"

"I ordered a simple oval tag that turned out beautifully. The colors were as expected. The proofs sent were critical to a great final product. I requested a change and it was handled within a day. The subsequent proofs were ready and the labels well reflected my request. The labels were a gift for a brewster in my family"
