"I bought lotion and it was not what I thought it was. I emailed and received return instructions. I returned the product and it has been over a month and I have not received my refund and my emails have so far gone unanswered. It also took 2 week to receive my order"

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered something a month in advance of Christmas and didn't receive my order or an email stating when I would be receiving it. I emailed them and they said they will send it as soon as it arrives in their warehouse. I emailed again asking when is the estimated delivery date but no response. I messaged them on facebook and saw that they read my message but no reply there either. There is no contact telephone number to call customer service. Now my guests may well go back to their hometown without a gift from me. Horrendous experience. NEVER AGAIN. RIDICULOUS. "
Wig for terminally ill cancer patient not received
"I ordered a wig for my best friend who is dying of stage 4 breast cancer. I ordered it on Nov 18th and paid more than $25 for 2-day shipping. Well, here it is December 1st and still nothing. The wig was going to be worn on Thanksgiving and now I doubt it will even be here by Christmas since there is no way to talk to a real person. The honest to god saddest part is that my friend most likely won't make it until then. "

"I placed my order a month ago, opted for regular delivery status (5-8 business days), and received confirmation of my order immediately. Two weeks later, I heard nothing. So I wrote them and asked what was going on. After 5 days, I receive a response stating that they were having difficulty getting the items in but expected to have them by the end of that week and that I would receive a shipping notification at that time. Another week goes by, and nothing. So, I write them again looking for an update. It's now been a week since that time and no response.Obviously, customer service is not their strong suit. If this is a start-up, I would think that customer service would be paramount in bringing new customers in, keeping repeat business, and allowing for word-of-mouth business to spread. This is clearly not the case.Not to mention, I wish that I could speak for the quality of their products, but without any items in hand, I really have little to gauge my review on. However, I will say that I was surprised at the frugal costs associated with my purchase. I've always been one that believes you get what you pay for, however I still like a deal. Due to the really low costs of the items paid for, I would gather that the quality is most likely very low, as is durability.Finally, the lesson learned by me: the big dogs are there for a reason. They have stood the test of time and have a lot of repeat business for good reasons: quality, cost, customer service, ability to be reached, etc. I would recommend going to Victoria's Secret, or maybe Fredricks of Hollywood. However I have also had success at sites like WickedTemptations.com if you are interested. Good luck and I hope that you avoid MyDivasCloset, it is a complete waste of time. I am just now asking for a refund, I know, a bit late. I've been way too patient. Pray for me that I receive my refund. They have been difficult enough."
Been almost a MONTH ..STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY WIG.
"Ordered once before. Very slow shipping, but did receive my items. The second time around the following month, I ordered a second time, same item , but didn't get anything else, (first order I got a wig & a costume, the costume was VERY CHEAP & NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, BUT IT WAS FOR A FRIEND, SO WHATEVER. anyways loved the wig though because I can't find it anywhere else in the color I want. But I'm TILL WAITING ALMOST A MONTH NOW FOR IT..& THE HOLIDAY IS HERE I NEED IT AS WITH CONSTANT WEAR THE PREVIOUS 1 IS LOOKING LIKE A CHEAP WIG..LOL. I FIGURED ID GET 1 EVERY MONTH & NO PROBLEM.. "AWFUL customer experience. I've written them so many emails to return a product that was very big but did not get any replies. They've taken off the phone number from their site so it's impossible to contact them.This feels like a HOAX and a GHOST site. I suppose they did send a product..but there's no way to send it back it seems. Based on how unreliable they are I would only send it back if given a written confirmation from the site that they will refund me. I'm sure I would end without costume and money otherwise.DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS SITE.Not a fan of caps lock but you know what...they deserve it."
"Let me first start off saying how I'm highly disappointed about my order. Halloween is my birthday and I was expecting to receive all the items I ordered for my Halloween party. First, they sent the wrong color for the Heart of Masquerade Mask. I ordered royal blue but a regular blue masks was shipped. Second, I ordered the Starshine Crystak Masquerade masks which was never shipped. Third, I ordered the Venetian Lace Cat ears that was never shipped. The order tracking information SPECIFICALLY stated these items were shipped and that was incorrect. Because the tracking detail stated all those items were shipped I was expecting to receive everything I ordered but I did not. The packaging slip states these items were not shipped and they were not in my delivery package. In addition, no one never answers the phone. I've called several times on their time zone and never got a response. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!"
"I went shopping online for a masquerade mask for an upcoming party. I'm a first time shopper here.. I ordered a black asymmetric mask and that's what is said on every piece of paperwork with the mask and I revived a gold full face mask.. So not impressed.. I spent money to get two day shipping to have them mess up a simple little mask.. Never shopping here again after I get a full refund and or the right mask I ordered.. Picking out masks and shipping them isn't rocket science.. Someone just simply wasn't paying attention and this gold mask was put in the bag and box where my black mask should be.. And it's not like you can talk to anyone because they shoot you to voicemail then the voicemail tells you to email them.. Yea the email (if you're lucky enough to get one back) will take forever.. Never shopping here again.. No wonder you guys have no business.. "

"Was very very concerned looking at the reviews for this website! Being a first time user I watched my skirt that I purchased very closely! Accidentally put in the wrong address at first, emailed the company and got a prompt response. Then, got my package on time!! And it came with a free sample of fake eyelashes. Very satisfied, and I'll admit I wasn't expecting to be!!! "
"This place is the WORST! I mean, yeah, for the price, I don't expect WORLD CLASS SERVICE, but I do expect common courtesy and basic follow up when my order, placed in good faith, has still not been shipped out 15 days later. I also, forgive me for my ridiculous belief in customer service, expect that when I initiate a polite follow up, that the response actually fits the complaint. Oh yes, it would be nice if that response (which did not fit my complaint or apologize on ANY level) were written by someone with a command of the English language that ranks above a first grader. Alas, neither. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GHETTO OPERATION! They give online retail a very bad name. By the way, most reviews I write of give in person are positive. That is my nature. Knowing I have all week, emergency issues appeared highly unlikely. Before placing my order, I decided to wait until the morning when the store opens so I could call and ask about which shipping service would be necessary.Tuesday (10/28):11:38am: My first call to My Divas Closet as a precaution, curious about which shipping service to order (2 day or 3 day, seeing both services should make it in time). I wanted to clarify which service would ensure my product arrives in a timely manner. I left a voicemail kindly asking for a call back as soon as possible.11:56am: My second call to My Divas Closet, increasingly becoming eager to place my order "well in time" before the website's stated "items ordered before 3:00pm ship the same day" statement to ensure my product arrives in a timely manner. I left another voicemail kindly asking for a call back as soon as possible, stating that I will be placing my order with the more "secure" bet, 2 day shipping, just in case.12:00pm: Placed the order and received receipt from website with order number as well as PayPal's receipt.1:56pm: Called again to leave another voicemail but the mailbox was full!2:05pm: As a last (and only other) effort to ensure everything will be alright, I emailed them at firstname.lastname@example.org:19pm: Finally, an email response came, however stating "Do you have the order number? I couldn't find an order under your email."6:24pm: I immediately forward my receipts over, both the website's and PayPal's also stating "This is a very time sensitive matter so I hope you understand my distress."6:34pm: I get a response, "Unfortunately, the items you've ordered have sold out."6:36pm: I get a follow-up two minutes later, "Please ignore the last email! I sent it by mistake! The wig you ordered will be ready to ship tomorrow for delivery on Friday. Would this work for you?" I respond, "Please ship only if the item will make it by Friday-- it is, after all, an item that will be used that day for Halloween."Rest of evening: For as big of a pain in the ass this ordeal was, I was happy it would finally work out. At this point, I knew there would be no need to order through one of the other businesses with a 1 day delivery. That night I slept peacefully, knowing everything would be fine.Wednesday (10/29):6:23pm: I get a follow-up, excited to click the email, anticipating a tracking link with shipment confirmation but only to read, "Hello, we apologize that we could not fulfill your order. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. We appreciate your patience in this matter!"I can already tell this experience doesn't matter to this company-- this is quite evident by now; apologies already would have normally been offered 10 fold. Customer satisfaction is the basis of all professional business models, but that's a key word there missing from my experience-- professional. In fact, it has come to my attention that there may not even be a business model. Their limited correspondence has been so insincere and draining-- the complaint to explain my experience itself even felt like a waste.I'm still doing it for the better of human kind, as all of you should."
"Awful. I ordered a Halloween costume, with some accessories. They then sent me an email 4 days later stating what I ordered was out of stock and I could replace it with something else! How handy! NOT! The entire order was based off the costume obviously. Now I won't have a costume for Halloween, as its 2 days away. I could have ordered it from any where else and had a costume - will never order from them again. Lame. "
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are horrible! I ordered my Halloween costume and spent extra money for fast shipping because I had a Halloween party to attend before Halloween. It came late! Then when I opened the packaging the zipper was broken! It screwed me over so bad for my party. Then I requested a new one and in time for Halloween. Then they told me they were all out and if I wanted to order a different costume! I said no and said I wanted a refund. Then I had to pay to return it! During this process they wouldn't answer when I called and took forever to respond to emails. I have never been treated so rudely or so poorly!"
