"My experience shopping was excellent, but I think the name plate is not what I really expected. The edges seem to be a little sharp and there was a scratch on the front. I buffed it a little and it made it look okay, but did not take the scratch away. I just placed it on my bosses desk anyway, but am not going to use it for his birthday."
