However, the change in proof takes at least 1 day for small changes. Let me give you an example....I wanted a something written in badge but the proof read had extra 'the' in it. I contacted back for correction. It took 36 hours for them to send me another email with correction. I think, if small changes can be made quickly like 1-2 hours and returned back to customers, it would expedite the turn over and minimize the back logs. Otherwise, I am still waiting for my product to arrive to see the final quality.
