"I'm a first-time MDD customer and I'm overall satisfied with my purchase experience. Did run into some frustration at the outset when I placed my order. Shortly after placing it, I received an order confirmation indicating that the products would be shipped on the subsequent day (invoice gave a shipping date). I paid a shipping fee that based delivery on 1-5 business days, per the MDD website. After 10 days, I made an e-mail inquiry about the order status since I had not yet received the shipment. MDD was fairly quick with a reply that the product was on back order, that it was "unexpectedly out-of-stock." Meanwhile, MDD had already charged the order to my credit card (not cool). A few days later, I received an updated invoice with a new ship date and a few days after that, I received the order in good condition. Timely delivery once they got the stock but was frustrated that (1) they did not notify me of the out-of-stock situation until I inquired -- and after they had already sent me a order/shipping invoice, (2) charging my credit card before shipping any product; and, (3) taking altogether about 3 weeks to receive the order.
I do think MDD made a big effort to make up for the delay by sending me an upgraded product from what I ordered (at least I hope that was their intention!). I'll probably do business with MDD again because of their product selection and price positions and my cautious, but confident belief that they are wanting to be top notch reseller. "

"Ordered the RunCore 64GB for the DellMini9. It arrived, not working. This was not a fault of the posting, but that the irem hadn't been properly checked. Sent emails, but received no reply, and so had to telephone New York (I Iive in the UK) to speak to somebody at MyDigitalDiscount. I was informend that if I wanted one that worked then I had to pay for postage and packing and return my goods before another one would be sent out. In my opinion, this is not good service. :-("

"Based in large part on the good reseller.com ratings, I decided to buy an Apacer Disc Steno CD recorder from MyDigitaldiscount.com. I ordered in the early morning hours of 6 October and got an instant e-mail confirmation that my order had been received, with a link to a status page for my order. Later in the same day, I got another e-mail informing me my order had been shipped. A short time later, I got yet another e-mail providing me with a UPS tracking number.
On 8 October, I had everything in hand in Utah, exactly as ordered.
