posted Jan-11-2006 “Dear Sir, I am very sorry you had this experience. I have found out what happened to your order. It seems that the AA batteries were not in stock and we were unaware of this so we put your order through the system. Because it could not ship I believe your order fell through the preverbal cracks. I was informed by one of my employees that you contacted him via email on the 4th and he shipped your order out on the 4th. Again I am extremely sorry and assure you this will not happen again. I hope you will give us another chance in the future.

"Ordered a RunCore SSD. Initial delivery took about two-months. After three or four months use, the drive failed. It then took two-months to get a replacement. I entered a review of the drive (because it failed) that was blocked from showing on the site. I spoke to an employee who told me he was a manager, he was not. I never received confirmation of my return. I never received notice of my RMA status. I kept calling and getting further delays. Ridiculous! Avoid buying out of stock merchandise. RunCore is always out of stock!"
