I purchased a NextoDI 2700 from mydigitaldiscount on 7/15/08. They were very nice to do business with and I received the product in very shot order and everything works as advertised. I would not hesitate to recomend them or to purchase from them again.

Are you a new digital photographer? Are you buying a card reader/hard drive for the first time? If you are in need of great customer support ask for Doug, who very patiently walked me through the process of loading files from my CF card to my new Vosonic 5700 and showed me how to transfer images back and forth from my Vosonic to my home PC. First off I don't need to point out the value of having a phone number with a human on the other end these days. Secondly when I asked why a product was so much cheaper than others of the same specs instead of getting the normal b.s. that leaves you unsure if you're being scammed or if the person just doesn't know the answer, I received a technical answer outlining both the pros and cons. As a technical person I appreciate that.  
 
edit: The order came super fast and everything in the order was exactly as described. No complaints - will order from them again next time I need something.

Just recently discovered MDD and I'm glad I did. I just bought a product that upon arrival, I could not get a HDD installed in it. I sent it back per Doug (he must have clones as he is the only person I've talked to over the last 2 weeks)to have MDD install one successfully. Doug got it back to me in working order before my planned trip out of the country. I can't say enough about the great customer service MDD provides. If I need something MDD sells, I'm buyin' it there.

I’ve done business with MyDigitalDiscount 4 or 5 tomes over the last five years... my experience has always been good and have never had a problem. Always good prices and an almost effortless ordering process with quick delivery.

Very friendly knowledgable staff. Accomodates individual requests to the best of their abilities. Price is very competitive and usually 5-30% better then competitors (I have started shopping here more often compared to Newegg, Amazon or Buy). Supplies hard to find gadgets/drives at reseasonable prices... though subject to vendor availability (no fault of theirs)

I have ordered from My Digital discount for several years now and love their service and quick turn around.... most items arriving before I even think about when they should arrive.

Purchased a Nexto Extreme and when it arrived in unnaceptable condition. The Casing was not held together with the internal part of the product, and the internal peices fell out as soon as I lifted it out of the box.  
 
To add to this their was no order number on my reciept. Very poor service. I would like to see them get back to me and replace my device or provide a refund.
