The replacement order was better, in that the paint was not smeared. However, the paint appeared to be coated on top of flaws in the metal. The sign is to be a gift for friends in another state, who I will be visiting in 2 weeks. I still plan to give the sign to them because from a distance no one can see the flaws in the metal that was painted over. Customer service was excellent because you worked with me to provide a replacement in a timely fashion.
