"I had a very good experience with this company and everything I ordered came and worked fine. This would seem to be expected when you buy something but after dealing with many internet companies it is always refreshing to find one that delivers what they say they will when they say they will and for the amount they quoted. Shipping charges were reasonable and the merchandise was at a very good point price. I would reccomend this company to anyone."

"I've ordered from them twice (one scanner, one graphics card.) Everything arrived quickly, worked great. Their website's kinda primitive and the order tracking system is positively byzantine, but I guess it keeps their prices low..."

"I have ordered from Mwave many times and have had nothing but positive experiences. The are among the lowest priced vendors on the net. While my first stop is Newegg.com for computer components, Mwave is a very close second. Their prices are usually only slightly higher than Newegg, but they have a wider selection. I would not hesitate to recommend Mwave to any friend. I have never returned an item so I can't rate that. However I did make an order for a hard drive and they subsequently were out of stock. An Mwave representative called me and informed me of the situation. He said I can order another hard drive which they would ship immediately, or I could simply wait for the original to get in stock. I found the customer service rep pleasant and helpfull."
