mwave is definitely among my top three e-stores to shop at.
I have ordered a number of things from MWave. This current invoice item was a wireless router. While I haven't yet installed it, the directions seem clear. I don't worry about it because I trust MWave's guarantee. MWave seems to have a heads-up system: I shopped their website a few times for a wireless router but didn't buy. Then they sent me a specific one-item sale offer for a router that I couldn't resist, and they didn't kill me with a zillion dollar "shipping & handling" charge. In comparison, an OK priced electric blanket I shopped for ($50) on Amazon shipped for $12.95. Oh, please. For a blanket? Who'd they have "handling" it, naked Amazonian virgins?
Anyway, I'll definitely shop MWave first for electronic and computer stuff.

I have been a customer with mwave for over 5 years.
The service is professional and the prices are great. I'm a computer consultant so I order a lot of products for my clients from software to server and desktop components. I never had a bad experience. Especially the ability to place orders through their website (and its layout) is very convenient and intuitive. Recommended!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently ordered an Ironkey S200 8G Personal flash drive. I was sent the S100 model. When I called about returning it for the right product, I was told that it was not their fault. After clarifying the problem with one of their techs,and realizing that it was their mistake, they offered a refund but no exchange. I was told that they did not have the model that I ordered. Upon returning the product, it took four days for them to credit my account and that's after I called and raised a stink. When I finally received my refund, it was only a partial refund. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere!
Product came promptly and in excellent condition, although the box was in terrible shape. Aside from having to pay for shipping, everything was excellent and quick. Would do business again.

Ordered a videocard, order went through successfully they even called me because my CC info had changed recently and confirmed to me that the charge was successful and that my order would be shipped.I never called them THEY CALLED ME to confirm. Received two confirmation emails. 8 hours later the item is out of stock and they cant send me one. Well that doesnt really help me when I ordered two day shipping so I could build my computer this weekend. Thanks for the horrible experience Mwave. Havent ordered from you guys in years and I never will again!!

This was my first time purchasing from mwave.com and it will NOT be my last. I ordered around midnight on Oct. 11, the order was processed and shipped on the 12th, and I had it in my hands a couple days later, and this was with UPS Ground shipping. All the while, mwave kept me up-to-date with processing and tracking information.
I do think that the website could be better, particularly the search function and the pictures/information that are provided. Newegg is superior in this respect. However, I do like the product information view that opens up when selecting a product without loadinghaving to load a new page; it makes browsing much faster.
Excellent prices. Fast processing and shipping. Fantastic customer notifcations. I will continue to purchase from mwave in the future.

Mwave's reputation has been pretty good though I never bought anything from them since other stores tend to be cheaper, especially if you take into account shipping. I was looking to get an ATI HD 5850 graphics card and at that time, it was sold out everywhere else. Mwave had some in stock and at a reasonable price. I went to a coupon website and found a promotional coupon for $10 off, I had no problems applying that to my order.
I placed the order early afternoon (eastern time) on a Tuesday. An hour or so later, I got a call from them saying that they needed the phone number that my credit card had on file. I had mistakenly given them my cell phone number when I ordered. I gave them the correct number and they called back a little later saying that my card would ship the same day. The lady on the phone was very polite. The card did ship the same day and I got my order 2 days later since I paid for 2 day shipping. It arrived with no problems.
My only complaints (nitpicking):
-I would've preferred if they put my order in a larger box, the UPS box they used was just big enough to fit the graphics card box. There was only room for packing peanuts on two sides of the box.
-I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail or an order shipped e-mail until the next day. I would've preferred to be notified the same day these things occur.
In conclusion, I am very satisfied. They let me know of a problem with my order very quickly and they shipped the same day. My complaints above are only very minor so I did not take anything off the overall rating.
Perfect experience. I ordered an item that was in high demand at the time (Intel SSD). Many online retailers claim to have that in stock but when you order, you suddenly face several weeks of lead time.
I confirmed with Mwave that they had this in stock before ordering. 2 days later, I got the item, perfectly packed.
Would definitely buy there again.
