This must have been BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE(or lack thereof) I have encountered in my shopping days!! I called the 800 number and spoke to some gal named GABBY (Or Gabbie, who knows) and she sounded like she didn't want to have anything to do with me or my order right off the bat. And we wonder why more and more retailers are going out of business??

A word of wisdom: Hope your manager(s) see this and bring it to your attention (If they really care about their customers). Consider a non-sales, non-service related career since you stink at what you do....
