"I purchased a netbook battery from Mundo Corp after being directed there by Gateway. I got what I thought was a great price and they shipped the product quickly. After less than two months the battery failed (wouldn't accept a charge) and I requested a return. I followed their instructions exactly. Within 2 hours of my battery being delivered to them (checked my tracking number) they claim to have fully tested the battery and found it to be in full working order. They refunded only about half of the purchase price. I responded to their e-mail disagreeing with their assessment and they have not responded after almost 3 weeks.I purchased a replacement battery from Amazon.com that works great so I know the problem was not my netbook. I don't believe they actually tested the battery. Customer service is abyssmal at best. Can't recommend any order from them. If this is the kind of company Gateway sends their customers to, I won't be ordering from Gateway either."

"I have to be frank, ordering and returning a laptop battery (that they INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ME) was a near-traumatic experience. Their customer service was about as sympathetic as the bottom of my shoe, and they refused to pay for shipping, even though the mistake was clearly their fault. Also, their nifty 10-day expiration on returns forces you to pay for a more expensive shipping method. I do believe that it's possible to have a good experience with this company as evidenced by other reviews... but why date a guy when 15 women have told you he's a cheating louse? Please don't give any business to this pile of failure masquerading as a company; instead, I ordered the part I needed from Skyline and received excellent service AND free next-day shipping. "
"This is beyond the WORST site I have ever bought something from to date. I printed the shipping address and where do you think it was shipped, the billing address. After waiting for almost two weeks, I went to that address and found three notices from UPS. You think I can call or even email MUNDO...NO!!! I would never buy after this experience!"

"absolutely brutal customer service, I ordered a cord and it never came, I phoned up (It took 3 days to get someone) and they told me the address was wrong and i would have to pay for shipping again (shipping was more than product). The other option was to restock and a refund, which was only 10% of what i paid! Then to top it off she hung up on me before i could get claification on how it was being dealt with!!!!brutal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"
"I bought a laptop at Sam's and they said that the warranty for the first year was with Mundo Corp. I sent the computer to them and they said that they did not cover any warranty. I wanted my computer back and they said that I had to do a call tag with one of the shipping companies. I tried to do it but none of the shipping companies had that service for Puerto Rico. Calling them is a nightmare. When it is about a problem they do not answer the phone. Now they tell me that the laptop was disposed off. Believe me they are the worst company that can exist. Do not buy nor send anything to be fixed. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. "
"I was sceptical to send my computer in to Mundo Corp after reading the bad reviews. However, I would have to say that every aspect of my experience was plesant. They kept me informed the entire time throught email, were well priced, and extremely fast. I sent my laptop in to have the glass repaired and got it back within two weeks. I would definately do business with them again!!! "

"I went through all the extra Security to have the item shipped to my Shipping (home) address in Illinois, and tracking the item through UPS realized that they are shipping the item to my Billing address an hour away from where I live. I saved my Confirmation from the transaction and received a confirmation email verifying that it would be sent to my SHIPPING address and that the other address was just for my credit card billing verification. By the time I was able to access the shipping information, it was Friday evening and Customer Service was already closed until Monday. UPS said that they could not help me because the company was the only one who could call and change the Shipping instructions. Having to drive an hour away to pick this up is VERY inconvenient and I will NOT be ordering from your this company again."
"Avoid this company at all costs. They sell junk and do not stand behind it. After having my laptop for 2 years with no problems, the AC adapter broke. I ordered a replacement through Mundo Corp (because it is directly linked to Gateway’s customer service page) on Oct 27, 09. They shipped it the next day and I received it a few days after that.The adapter broke on Nov 29, 09, 32 days after they shipped it. They have a warranty for their products from 30 days after they ship, not when you receive it. This is the reply I received from Amy of Mundo Corp on Nov 30 when I notified them of the adapter breaking: “We will not be able to accept a return for this product as our warranty states “Our Products carry a 30-day repair or replace warranty for defective items only, unless otherwise specified.” The warranty period starts the day of shipment. We show your invoice date as 9/28/09, which means this product is out of the warranty period.”Not only would they not error on the side of the customer and take a reasonable approach by fixing or replacing the adapter 2 days out of their unreasonably short warranty, they have not even replied to my email since Amy’s email above."
"I needed an AC power adapter for my Gateway laptop and ordered with the correct information for what was required; 19v - 3.42A. Recieved a AC power adapter not matching the unit at all with a 19v - 4.41A. My technicians felt that it was improper and would not use it. Tried to return it and was informated that if the unit was okay, where it fit my system or not, it would be returned minus $25 check out fee or I could get my money back minus a 35% restocking fee. I asked for the right unit and received the wrong unit, but I have to use it or lose my money. "
