Not very good customer service, I bought the best lock on the market but the customer service at this place sucks! Spent 300 bucks on locks and one has an epic failure, mul-t-lock-online says send the lock back and we will look at it, then we can figure out what happens next. Not good. I am supposed to put some crap lock on the door for god-knows-how-long while they figure out what to do? I think I made a mistake by using these guys
