Your package was delivered in 5 business days according to the tracking number,
UPS stated the left it on the front door. Please let us know if the package was not
received and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.

"When viewing item on line the picture was too small and the description was not adequate. I am happy with the product but I wasn't sure if I was ordering the right thing or not. Also, there was no confirmation of your having received my order or of it being shipped. I'm very happy with the time line and with the ease of ordering."

"The gears I ordered were shipped right away and arrived at my company very quickly. The gears sat for a week in the receiving dept because the third party (Boston Gear) did not put a contact name on the shipping document. The receiveing dept. did not know where to deliver the gears. Third party vendors that drop ship must put the requestors name on the shipping paper work if it there is any hopes of getting it delivered at a large company. "
