Hi Robert: I just forwarded your refund confirmation and got notice that this review was posted. In that email I also noted the changes we are working on regarding international shipping.
We are opening up the shipping options for parts but not freshwater cooling kits. Those kits need individual pricing so we do not end up losing big on them so that will remain as is.
That should have answered all of your concerns.

We are reviewing our international shipping to make it less expensive and offer other options. Right now we are primarily using UPS for web orders (which is quite expensive as evidenced on your order) because when we tried USPS we were sometimes off by as much as $100 to our deficit. We are working on it this month to try and get it updated.
I will forward you an email when we get it wrapped up.
I am also sending you a $50 coupon towards anything you purchase in the future. You'll receive that via email.
