Item has not been posted, he is refusing to refund the money (which is pointless as my bank has confirmed they can get it back from him).<br><br>How convenient that he doesn\u0027t have a phone number or e-mail address and you can only contact him via the website.<br><br>He started with ignoring my tickets, then blocked me from being able to submit any tickets then block me from being able to login to my account and has now blocked one of my IP addresses from even seeing his site.<br><br>There are also a number of reports of him hacking peoples accounts and changing bad reviews of his site and changing there passwords so they can\u0027t change them back. Please note that he has charged me over \u00a340 immediately after placing the order. I put a note under my order that clearly said \u0027please, do not backorder if out of stock\u0027. Obviously it was ignored so I opened a \u0027support ticket\u0027 and asked what was happening with my order. <br><br>I received an answer that was simply a copy&paste from his terms of sale. <br>I reopened my \u0027support ticket\u0027 asking for cancellation and full refund asap.<br>He answered: Please refer to the previous answer.<br>I reopened my ticket again and asked to stop ignoring me and give a full refund.<br>He answered: Please read the advice given to you or ask someone of adult age to explain them to you.<br>After such an answer I wrote a complaint which he deleted instantly.<br><br>A few days later I received an email updating me on the product I ordered saying that they will ship it Monday\/Tuesday next week.<br>Two days later, when my order should have supposedly been on its way, I got another email from this guy:<br>\u0027Oh look this order would of shipped today and still no other Xecuter reseller has any stock.ha ha\u0027 Clearly done out of spite just to show that he doesn\u0027t give a s**t about his customer.<br><br>So I opened new ticket thanking him for cancellation and requested my money back. Again he deleted it immediately. What\u0027s more I cannot open any ticket at all as he simply removed \u0027continue\u0027 button from the ticket form. How funny is this guy, huh?<br>I tried emailing him but I got an automated reply that my email will be deleted without reading and I should contact the seller via... \u0027support ticket\u0027. Yup, the same one that I am not able to use anymore thanks to this guy\u0027s specific sense of humor.<br>Now, he\u0027s got my money (I did not receive anything from him of course) and I cannot contact him in no way as there is no address, emails get deleted, no phone number, cannot use his \u0027support tickets\u0027. I only managed to find out who he is: a 40 year old Neil Stanley Higgs and his address from a few years back: 408 Speedwell Road Kingswood Bristol BS15 1ES. <br>First time in my life I received such a low standard customer service. Hopefully it\u0027s the last time.<br><br>To clear things out: this guy is a conman. An abusive and rude one. Requested a refund and was told that there was a clear disclaimer telling me that the product was not compatible with what I was after. I had a look and there was only a very vague disclaimer that suggested it would probably work. I pointed this out and said I would be happy to get trading standards to make a ruling on the clarity of the disclaimer. Made a test purchase to see if he has cleaned up his act (last purchase was 5 years ago) and refused to accept a return. rude and abusive messages ensued and he finally closed my account and blocked my IP address. Scum."
