"This was my first purchase at MP3Car.com. I ordered an OpenAir GT HDTV Tuner from them. The price was fantastic... noone else came close on a Froogle and Bing search. The tuner was packed well and shipping was quick. Unfortunately, the tuner was missing a cable required for obtaining video from other sources. I e-mailed their customer service and they promptly responded. They did not hesitate to satisfy me. I've never seen such great customer service anywhere. I am just floored- absolutely no hassle.
