Placed the order at 3pm and received it the next day via UPS ground. As always, mp3Car.com does a great job. I've ordered many times and always been 100% satisfied.

Everything went very smoothly. There was a delay in receiving my item from the manufacturer, but mp3car's emails kept me informed. Good communication, and the item arrived in great condition and exactly as described on the web site. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

The part I have been needing has been out of stock for several months on the online store, but it finally was back in stock, so I purchased it. Fast shipping and excellent shopping experience. Service was brilliant, answered all my questions before i purchased. Shipping was lightning fast. All items arrived and work as advertised. What little support i needed was prompt and effective.  
 
What more can you ask for, will purchase again for sure.

This computer based scan too is far beyond what most hand held all in one units i have seen. the software is also far more easily updated and upgraded. It does the job of a scan tool several times it's price. the software that it came with is good enough for most needs.

I just bought the MACPAC power cable kit for the Carnetix P1900 power supply. I would have bought the P1900 at the same time but I was kindly informed that the P5V regulator which I also needed to add to the P1900 was back ordered. No problem - I found an as new unit (P1900+P5V) at the mp3car classifieds and then fleshed out the system with the MACPAC cable kit from the mp3car store. There were some questions about compatibility with my mac mini but Steven answered me right away, I placed my order and it was shipped that same day. Great experience!

Excellent Service, fast shipping and accurate information.

Ordered a screen, M3-ATXpower converter, etc. Service was quick and the products were well packaged. Only comment is that it would be helpful for the power adapters to come with at least a piece of paper stating that you can find manuals and installation information online.  
 
Also, the store should consider going with a shipper that does not charge exhorbitant brokerage fees to ship to Canada, which amounted to nearly 1/4 of the total cost of my order payable to UPS.

Ordered a 7 inch sunlight readable vga monitor. It arrived promply. Installation was 30 days later and monitor was dead. Contacted on line and given an RMA #. Returned Defective unit on 3/25/2010 and had the replacement on 3/30/2010.  
 
I will never hesitate to order from mp3car.com again.

The item ordered (A MacPac 2009 Mac Mini adaptor kit for the Carnetix P2140 regulator) was received a week after order confirmation. Everything works as promised. As a matter of fact, I received an additional kit allowing me to connect Mac Minis manufactured prior to 2009 to work with the adaptor kit! So now, should I get the older mini working again, I will have a backup plan!  
 
I plan to order an extra regulator from MP3Car.com, and do thank them for their excellent service.
