I learned to check out all links before ordering anything!"
"This company just takes your money and has no way to cancel a purchase nor does the company send you the product. I ordered DVDs on Aug 25, 2009, and was unable to cancel and have never received my DVDs. I just lost my money. "

I am in the process of disputing the charge of $94.99 My Banking institution will dispute this charge and get my money back into my account if I file a police report and make a copy for their records. The site seems to be shutdown where you are supposed to go to get a tracking number. The phone number on the charge is not valid. Hopefully we can get our money refunded to us. Live and Learn.p.s. If You used a credit card be sure to cancel it as they have your number and could use your card again. I know this is a hassle but if you do not Cancel the card you used and get yourself a new issue they could use it to charge up your account at a later date."
"I ordered NCIS series on sept 26th, they charged my account on the 28th and I have still not received the product. Looks like they got me as well, I hope this keeps someone else from getting taken. "

"I ordered the series,House from this particular website.I ordered the box set of House seasons 1 -5 from movie mart express.They were very quick to take the money from my bank account and i still haven't received the box set.I have not been supplied with a shipping number ,only a confirmation no.There is no contact details in order to find out about my order.You deal with a automated reply.It has now been a month since I have ordered and i am still waiting for it.The site which i have tried to access has been shut down and as a result can't be access.If i had only read up on the warnings and reviews of other people who have been scammed and conned by this company,i would have not ordered from them in the first place.This is a warning to anyone out there,don't buy from movie mart express as they are a total scam and they will take your money,and you will not get the product you paid.Rather stick to places like Amazon,where there are contact details and at least they are honest and deliver what you pay for."
"I have been waiting since 9/6 to access Movie Mart Express' website to get the USPS tracking number for my order. The web site has been closed since then. I started sending them e-mails for the past week and never get an answer. Now the Movie Mart Express web site is not there either. I'm on SSD and it took over 3 months for me to gather the $99 to pay for Stargate DVDs. I am very angry and upset that such unscrupulous businesses are allowed to sell on the web."
"I purchased NCIS 6-DVD set for $84 (w/ tax) from this site in early September. The website I purchased from was called MOVIE EXPRESS DVD. I found the name Movie Mart Express listed on my bank statement after I made the purchase (and then did this google search after my DVDs never arrived). I paid for expedited shipping (5-7 day) and it is almost October with no DVDs in sight. I've emailed the company 3 times, with nothing more than an automated response. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank. This is terrible and feel awful."
"Ordered "House" series a month ago.charged $85+ on my credit card.Received "Grey's Anatomy" today.Everything in Chinese.No customer telephone # to contact.Web site is down, and no attempt to reach them has been successful.It is said that this is a bootleg company, on the internet.What to do?The credit card company has put in for a dispute.Said I have to return the wrong item.I don't understand Chinese. "This company is an absolute scam!I lost about $77 when I purchased the Golden Girls DVD box set from their website. It's been several weeks and still have not received anything. Like others before me, I too received word that shipment is delayed which of course I know now is a load of bs. I have reported this fraudulent company to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and local FBI agency to stop them before they swindle anyone else. BUYER BEWARE!"
"I ordered the L-Word series 1-6 from Movie Mart Express on July 14, 2009. They took my money on July 15, 2009. This was a gift for someone. They said it would be delivered in 5-7 business days on an expedite! HA! This company is a joke. I have emailed them several times. I get the same automated email every time saying they are delayed!! THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!!! It is now August 11,2009. The phone # supplied says the mailbox has not been set up yet. They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT!!!FUNNY THING IS : WE ARE GOING AFTER THIS COMPANY .. "I purchased 1-7 seasons of 24. I received an email the next day saying it had been shipped. I have never received them. My credit card has been billed. There phone has been disconnected and they dont respond to emails.What a rip off. How can we shut them down"
"Nearly a month has passed and I have not received my shipment from Movie Mart, and I cannot reach them -- no customer service phone #'s, and all email attempts fail. The shipment's tracking # was never posted on the service page, so I can't check with USPS. Terrible company to deal with. I've probably lost my $99.99 which was charged to my credit card on June 30th -- 4 weeks ago."
"This company is total fraud. There is no way to contact them. They immediately charged my credit card $68.99 but when I try to track my confirmation mumber it comes back "no record". I have sent emails to this company but only get back automated responses. Then I am supposed to sign up for google mail to contact them. I am calling my credit card company to dispute this charge. I do not recommend this company. It is a fraud."
