"I have never had an internet company or a representative who was so helpful or customer driven. He worked with me online for over an hour at 2AM to make sure I could process my order. His prices were very competitive. NYC and sleazy tactics stores take very careful note. He got my business the good old fashioned way. Service, price, attitude, service, service.... They will get my future business and word of mouth to my friends. This is the benchmark for me for many years of internet purchasing. "

"The mount came right away. It was easy to install. Definitely need two people to install TV on wall. I was unable to install the locking bars below the mount because the brackets that mounts to the back of the TV could not be reached. I recommend that instructions should show the brackets to be mounted low enough so that the locking bars can be inserted. There was no room for my hands to fit behind the TV because of the low profile. Over all the mount works perfect."
