Chris and MountAVision deserve *higher* than a rating of a paltry 10.  
I have bothered Chris with many questions, price quotes, etc. in the past, and he has always handled himself and the situation in a most exemplary manner.  
He is undoubtedly the most straight-forward, honest, helpful, courteous, friendly (yet very profesional) retailer/e-tailer I have ever dealt with in my 67 years.  
As a forum sponsor (Chris-not *me*!) on avs.com, I have witnessed many times his concerned and helping attitude in helping to resolve problems for members who were NOT EVEN HIS CUSTOMERS! I would consider this "above and beyond".  
I realize this sounds like a promotion for The Boy Scouts of America, or some other hype and hoopla, but believe me, I do not personally know, nor am I affilliated in any way, with Chris nor anyone else in the company nor the company itself.  
I will be placing my next substaially larger order soon, (My last order was for an LCD HDTV, which has been delivered flawlessly, now set up, and perfect!) and I would invite you to give Chris a call and learn of which I speak.

One of the smoothest and least stressful experiences I have ever experienced in buying electronics anywhere, whether on-line or at a bricks and mortar retailer. Chris was awesome, didn't mind my numerous phone calls at odd hours and was quick to follow-up on all email requests. The fact that the price was easily 300 less than ANYWHERE! else was just icing on the cake. I have recommended Mountavision , and Chris, to my friends and family looking for tv's and entertainment centers since I made my purchase. If I didn't already have the absolute best TV available I would not hesitate to buy from Chris again!

Great service & top notch product. This was my first HDTV (Panasonic 46 inch plasma), and I was a little worried about buying online. Chris was readily available to answer any questions, and the TV arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Bought an extended warranty. Everything was very simple and easy. And much cheaper than getting a store warranty.

I ordered a CPS extended warranty and had tried to registered it, but it hadn't been processed. Chris followed up with me and I had explained to him about the situation and he quickly remedied the issue I had and registered my warranty. There is no doubt in my mind that this company has raised the bar for customer service and I would definitely order from them again. This company is the real deal!

Purchasing a large TV online wasn't an easy decision for me, but Chris was very helpful in answering pre-sales questions and took the time to explain each step of the process.  
 
The price was fantastic and although the TV arrived safely, I did have some trouble with the delivery company. Even though he had no control over the situation, Chris went out of his way to make sure everything was ok and that I was comfortable with the way things had been handled.

I found out about Mountavision through the AVS Forums, and Chris was incredibly helpful when I was shopping for a television set, providing some alternative sets to consider and even guiding me toward competitors if it meant a better price for me. While I didn't purchase the TV from Chris, I did end up buying a Mack extended warranty for the TV from him. The transaction was a breeze, and Chris was again super helpful when I made some mistakes during the warranty registration process. I ordered a lot of things online before but nothing as big and expensive a 50-inch plasma TV. Naturally, I was nervous, but I did my research. I hung out at avsforum.com and other online tech sites for over three months reading thousands of comments and reviews by owners of various brands of lcd and plasma panels. After weighing pros and cons of many 2008 models of both lcd and plasma, I decided to go with Panasonic TH-50PZ800U.  
 
Then came the decision of where to buy it from. Mountavison is one of the sponsors of avsforum.com and all (as far as I know) the people who bought their TVs from it gave it high praise. Not only that, Chris who ran mountavision also hangs out at avsforum.com as well. Mountavision, at the time ordered my tv, had the LOWEST price from among the trust-worthy sellers and, on top of that, FREE shipping. I ordered my on 8/27/2008 and arrived on 9/5/2008. If it weren't for the weekend and holiday in between, it would have gotten there sooner. The TV came in the box looking clean of any damages and I been watching it two weeks now. No dead pixels or any other problems observed so far.  
 
What I appreciate the most through out this entire process is that no one tried to BS me into buying things I don't need, like extended warranty or super expensive cables. I already have 1 year of manufacture warranty from Panasonic and 1 year, at no cost, from my credit card company with option to buy extended warranty at the end of the second year.

What can I say, except that I'm delighted with this incredible Bello Multipurpose A/V-AVS-622T plasma stand. My plasma will be Panasonic Viera TH-50PZ800U 50-Inch, and I wanted extra room for all my components, including a 7 1/4" tall Onkyo 806 receiver.  
 
Chris was so quick to respond to a price match email, and agreed to match it. Chris was so patient and helpful in answering all my questions.  
 
Item arrived in perfect condition, and it actually looks better then the picture.
