"I ordered two items. One item would be require a couple of weeks to get from the manufacturer. After I submitted the order, I was notified of the delay in that item. When the in stock item was shipped, they sent me notice of anticipated shipping of the other item. I appreciate being kept informed like that."

"I ordered a Radiator guard for my Bike with 3 day shipping it took dame near 10 days and when I came there was only half of the items I ordered it took another 4 days for the other part to come in. Wish there logistics worked well.

TO their credit they did reimburse me for shipping

"Arrived on time in good condition for a fair price. They need to redesign their website for easier sorting and browsing of products. Also received no email or other indication after the sale that my order had processed or shipped; since this was my first time doing business with them this made me nervous until the package arrived.
