"Wished I had read all the other reviews! I ordered a $200 gift certificate on 5/16 to be sent to my son for his birthday on 5/19. Was told order would arrive (a gift card) on 5/18 or 5/19. Today is 5/20, 4 days after the order, and I receive an email stating the order was never shipped because they were worried about fraud of having a different shipping address from the credit card billing address. HUH?? It took these people four days to tell me they didn't ship my order?? HUH?? My son's birthday has now passed. I cancelled my order and told them of how crappy their customer service is. These people suck!"
"I was trying to find the "old style" clear, snappable face shield for my helmet. No stores had them until I found Motorcycle Superstore. The price was more than fair, and I received the shield in just a few days. I'd recommend this store highly."
"Called to buy my first chain tool, the person was informative and very helpful. She asked questions to figure out witch one fit my needs without buying the huge kit. She then helped me buy one more item to get free shipping, yea I spent $9 more, but I got a great item for my kid for... $9... that's totally worth it!
I have dealt with this company many times, never had any problems and I will continue to buy from them as long as they have the product I need."

"I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any money with moto superstore. This was not my first purchase, just the first that went bad. I bought an expensive pair of heated gloves. Second time out, one glove stopped working. I was told by two different cust serv reps to buy another pair, then return the defective glove once the new one came in, because it would be a quiccker process. I did this and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get a refund. Imagine my surprise when the defective glove showed up on my doorstep. On the phone they said they repaired it. A letter inside the box said nothing was wrong with it even though they also charged me a repair fee. So now I'm stuck with two pairs of gloves. Why do I want two pairs of the same gloves??? I will NEVER spend any more money here again!!!"
One screw-up after another. Told one thing, then another, then another. Now it's 7/08 and still no tire and I'll be missing another weekend of riding. Instead, I'll be driving 500 miles RT to retrieve the tire from the wrong address. Would have been a lot cheaper and much more convienent to purchase the tire retail back on 6/24.
I would return the tire, except Motorcycle Superstore would likely turn around and charge me top dollar for delivering the brake pads that were shipped seperately and in a timely manner."
"This is the second item I have ordered from the store and have had no problems at all. Tire was shipped on time and when it arrived it had a sticker from the same wharehouse the dealer uses at about $75 less than they charged. I saw alot of bad reviews about costomer service but so it has been as good as any for me. If you want retail service go to a store and pay for it."
"Ordered a Pirelli tire, good price. Used a $5.00 discount code to offset the handling fee. Bottom Line, $115 for a nice tire, jumped on a seperate Pirelli free front tire rebate, $145 total out the door shipped for both. The superstore tire arrived fast."

I found their prices to be the lowest on the internet, and the free shipping sweetened the deal. The tires arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I have already convinced two of my riding buddies to go with them. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"I have ordered 4 times from them this year. My last purchase of Cobra fatty highway bars arrived the NEXT DAY. Wow talk about fast shipping and they price matched a vtx jacket from me knocking off $50 in the process. Highly recommended. "
"I didn't read any reviews before ordering, big mistake. I ordered a chest protector and some other things, got a confirmation right away but for some reason it was going to take 10 days to get, 9 if I did overnight shipping. Well, 7 days into it, I got an email they were going to have to get it from another warehouse. Then 2 days later, they said it was in for a fraud check because my billing address and shipping address were different. Said I had to add my shipping address (my office) to my credit card before they would deliver it. I'm not going to do that. I have ordered from 100s of online retailers and never had a problem. After reading the reviews, I highly doubt it would have mattered. Sound like their service sucks period. I don't know how they stay in business. When I called to cancel the order, they didn't even care why."
